Victor's hood was a Coanda chamber with the repulsine vaccum turbine at the base. The Vortex Thruster could create the same kind of implosion tornado several meters over the suction inlet, and should produce a powerful jet plum if placed at the base of a Coanda shaped hood that has spray inlets around the bottem.
A flamable fluid can ignite and heat the spiral exhaust instead of spinning the repulsine rotor red hot with ionized air. A wave plate can replace the smooth one and this rippled lip can streach down around and back up to carry the heated air vortex around the inside surface of the bell. This adds a guyser force to the cyclonic one and should rocket a spiral jet plume skyward with tremendous force. Victor also invented the adjustable garden hose nozzle which forces a spiral jet foward with great velocity.
