Last night whilst doing my daily hunt for decent scientific material I found an article of particular interest. Stanford University published this article in August and I'm surprised no one has found it before - or if they have they haven't seen the significance in what the article reads.
Gustav Le Bon wrote 2 books on his theory of radioactivity which is supposedly based on Tesla's theories, however I haven't been able to find any solid connection to date. The theory centers around the sun emitting a sea of particles from it 24/7 and when they hit the atoms of Earth they begin to decay back into the aether from whence they came. Moray's radiant energy receiving device undoubtedly used this theory as two books 'Evolution of Forces' and 'Evolution of Matter', both authored by Le Bon, are often cited in references in Moray's literature.
Is it too far a leap to suggest the Sun causes radioactivity? At normal levels of solar activity there would be a constant bombardment on the atoms from this particle, be it neutrino or not, and we'd find the radioactivity of the elements would change when there would be a greater density of these particles aka. solar flares, CMEs etc. This is exactly what the article is describing! The rate of decay changed when there was increased solar activity, infact the rate of decay started to decrease roughly a day before the flare.
