I respectfully applaud Lawrence Wippler for his thinking outside of the box and for his theory development. However there are a large number of not-possible issues.
LW failed to reach the foundation: What is polarity? What is light? What is Gravity? How does the Elementary Atomic Particle come to existence?
Electrical and Magnetic are way two different issues. Electricity present in every atom and a force of motion, magnetism only possible in metallic atoms and an effect.
The most fundamental answer to seek is “What is Polarity and how it came to exist from nothing?” I do not criticize here with an empty hand. I am working on the script for a series of videos I will begin posting soon; addressing just these questions of origin.
Still – with respect to Lawrence Wippler and others who dared to walk a lonely road.
Thank you Dave45 for this pointer, I am always keen on reading about other theories.Therefore we need to find NEW ways, NEW experiments and NEW lines of thoughts. -

I don't agree with the statements about magnetic monopole, being protons and electrons monopoles. Who wrote this theory clearly lack of experience about real experimental physics.
He lack of understanding, electrons won't have magnetic field if they re not moving so not a magnetic monopole anyway.
There are lots of people who believe to be physicists, however most who never went to the university.
Magnetic monopoles are not possible as he describe.
The field lines is what traps electrons and make them move with the magnetic field. No movement no electricity.
Its a dipole because energy was imparted to it and for the ability of the material, it can store the energy in a magnetic field.
I'm asking my self do this guy know how permanent magnets are made?
Well they are made by having magnetic material to suffer a high voltage discharge or to have a big magnetic field caused by a coil around it or both.
Magnetic field is = to energy stored. Thats why is a dipole. However is a dipole that wont discharge as long as it don't interact with opposing fields or heat. Heat lead the magnetic domains to vibrate more dissipating the energy stored.
Light is composed of more than magnetic fields,
It is a combination of electric and magnetic field and also other things like time and space components. As light is not continuous like DC electricity, it than become packs of energy witch only manifests within particular space time places. Is an oscillation having magnetic and electric field in phase in perpendicular directions. You can think of the electric field being caused by the movement of the magnetic component, or reversely, however as it being pure energy and theoretically massless the problem is to assume that it have a self magnetic field. Thats why is impossible to unity gravity, with electromagnetism. For me this unification is useless. Is like to want for apples and oranges to be the same thing.
There are so many other problems to solve.
For example if you take to 10Megawatts lasers pointing on a black wall focused on the same point having 90° dephase relationship, no heat light or any other kind of energy manifestation appear.
Than if energy is nor created or destroyed, where it went to? 20 Megawatts?
Space time
As long as we can make this we can also bring energy from space time to power our circuits.
However Do like me get into the university and study, this way in the future we can have new solutions.
In my concept, light is not actually massless nor vacuum is, thats why we have the limit for the speed of light.
we as scientists should not look into empty space and conclude its actually empty. Tesla, maxwell, and others aways concluded there was something else, however physicists afraid of losing credibility, have let this great theorists behind. you know anything ever made or developed was done through the study of God's creation when we wanted to fly we looked to birds ect. ect. so when we want free electricity we look to thunderstorms, if you really think that electric charge is created by particles of ice bumping into each other Id like to sell you this really long bridge I own off the Florida Keyes
think about it, it involves the earth's magnetic field-ice-vacuum and L Wipples theory.
