Your post tastes like spam. But if you're serious, a little searching and surfing on the internet will get you sorted for free. Spend your $ on a meter batteries parts and tools. Learn the basics by recycling cells from dysfunctional garden lights and such.

You can buy B grade cells all day long on Ebay and build your own on plywood covered with Plexiglas . You Tube's full of How Too Vids.

You need a good soldering iron and a little common knowledge.
