R100 insulation standards

How moving to R100 insulation standards for all new buildings residential
or commercial will eliminate almost all heating and cooling bills, which
accounts for 50% of energy consumption in American homes at least.

If you keep the heat you make in the winter and keep out the heat you
don't want in the summer you won.

All the insulation standards around the world are a joke as far as I know
and especially in the United States.

Just a simple and practical idea that can be done with current technologies.

Just to add to what Aaron and sucahyo said.

Making the most with what energy savers we have now (Aaron/Peter's books etc) a centralized hub (research center) to secure the education of these.
Philanthropic funded assistance of new energy ideas and technology ( billions given away each year).

I feel with a non profit research center for the neglected new energy ideas you could get hundreds flocking to show off their new energy idea's with out prejudices etc, and we could have security and validation.

This is the ground work Panacea is involved in non profit. The best energy management in my opinion is to have the infrastructure to ensure the inertia of the new energy engineering, away from business incompetence, rip off people, faculty ignorance and to build consumer awareness and demand.
