Shauberger, the Bell, fantasy?

Surfing around i came across a remarkable post on ATS, although its about UFO's he does has some very detailed (fantasy?) descriptions of the propulsion derived from Viktor Schauberger as well as advanced battery technics.

I do not have a clue about the merits, but some here might find it interesting.
