Now - if you had a good separation process to split the water and did have a good way to extract the water from the air as required for consumption, then perhaps it would be a way to power a land or air vehicle. In this case, the on-board water storage would only serve as a buffer during more arid humidity areas of a trip. Even then, I doubt it could move enough air through a collector in desert areas to prevent frequent fill-ups.

I am sure, these people, rosco, tatunka and others (which claim to have developed a water spark plug or so ...) will not get any real profit out of their product, if they continue to keep it secret.

Or soon some better technology will make their technology obsolete ...
if not, people can easily go near the coast and get some oil there!
