That is a really small engine at 1 Liter size. Can your design also fuel a typical American truck/car at +5 Liter size?

What type of patent and where, USA or World?

You should be aware that if you applied in the USA, a "nation security" secrecy hold could be slapped on it and you will not be able to talk about, work on it or develop it. There are currently over 5000 secrecy gag ordered patents in the USA that the inventor can not do anything about it under penalty of arrest and fines. Most large govt's are owned and paid for by large corporations that do not want to lose their existing market shares due to an energy breakthrough, so be careful.

Is more simple transform gasoline engine because you need of an spark plug.. at this time I can't explain how system work but I can assure you that isn't complicated to replicated and cost is not high.. Regards

Yeah, finally a car that "runs on water"; I can assure you that it doesn't require any gasoline, it only runs on water, but it could be made to run on any liquid! Of course once all the bugs are worked out there will be full-disclosure and you to can enjoy a car that only runs on water. The really impressive thing about using water, is the low cost; in fact the water was virtually free in testing phase, so if your running low of water you can just top it off.

What he is saying is true! We got this problem with the army here the ( pentagon ) Prohibited us from releasing the technology!
They said is a question of national security and that they are the only ones that can use it for war industry!
Thus if i was you that still not have a patent, think about sharing everything right now!!! as not even in italy you will not be able to release this tech!

Any time Russia or USA Or iran can drop an atomic bomb over you if you release it yourself! They have already hundreds and more hundreds of bombs waiting to fly!!!

Share the concept entirely (well described and well replicable) so it will be safer...

If the tech is so simple, affordable and replicable, it is pretty much mankind's ownership.

It will be VERY hard to become rich as inventor directly off the rights of such an invention. Resistance from corporates, politician and less subtle criminals will always be greater than the technology itself, it you try to make sure you get rich first.
If you effectively open source it though, sending replications to trustworthy replicators, and open minded publishers, the wealth will come back at you. taking your life will have no motive anymore, and you'll be able to take on gentleman's agreements with car manufacturers, trying to make a good face towards customers, in the new race to winning sales. Once a water car runs, without too great cost over a regular car (before the fuel savings), it will be hard to sell cars on petrol unless watercar production is lagging. Car makers from oil importing countries will be more interested to make a deal with you. Even if it's open source.
And even if you don't get rich that way, you'll sell book, movie, cartoon, soundtrack, and action doll rights of your person.

Copyright a catchy name (don't let an engineer pick it) for the technology, and make sure the name is tied to it firmly.
Placing a patent application, without the usual leave-outs, can be a 2nd horse in the race, but should not be your sole insurance.
After it's filed, not even granted, you can already go public of course.
Once tech is established, before the grant process is completed, it will be hard to deny the patent. Unless you really do what Meyers described, without offering new techniques he failed to describe or refer to properly.

I hope with all my heart you have what you claim, but even more I hope that you know what you're doing in your plan to release it.

The tech is one thing. But the talent to develop and to market were never found in one mortal. A friend of mine makes genious parts in his line of work, but can't get it turned into cash, to save his life.

The only way you could expect to market this thing and live would be to market it to the chinese through agents and several middlemen.

All of your communications would have to be courier pigeon (carrier pigeon in US ) or some other primitive non electronic media.

Chances are you would get screwed anyway.

Give it away like shareware, if it is viable I'll send a few bucks !
