I have stubled some time now, upon an one year old thread at OU.com forum trying to investigate and give an explanation for the OU devices that make use of plasma properties.

The thread is made by Aether22, a fellow epxerimenter that he is particularly good at researching the literature of the field.
The thread is very small and navigatable.

In this particular thread Dr Stffler has been involved and 3 videos of him has been posted (and still there) on youtube named optical coherence 1,2,3 #

I am interested at trying my strength in this field and contacted Dr Stiffler for some assistance (schematics etc) unsucessfully so far.

Your oppinion please and any info for replication of the fl-tube setup will most welcome.

Hi baroutologos,

I think you have been more awake than the rest of us.

With the right understanding, IMHO this is one the most promising experiments to do.

I have watched the videos of DrStiffler, and IMO he makes no empty claims. IMHO Doc is among the most bright and skilled persons having posted in this forum.

In the third video "Optically Induced Coherence #3" Doc shows what we all strive for. Doc says "Quite a significant achievement, I think we are probably getting close to what we want".

As I'm into something else at the moment, I have not tried this out, but let me share my guesswork on what we see:

Have a 1000V DC high voltage power supply.
Have a resonant LC stage like the ones used to feed a Tesla coil fed by the power supply, Stay on 1000V till you know what you have in front of you, no wild unregulated voltages.

Make a loop starting at the one outlet from the LC stage -> one foil around the CFL.
From the other foil wire to the incandescent lamp -> spark gap -> carbon rod -> other outlet from the LC stage.

Use VDR resistors parallel to the lamp to prevent the lamp from burning out. And also at the power supply. The VDRs are probably in series to use low voltage VDRs to achieve a high voltage limiting circuit. By using many it is also more robust.

You can probably use an ignition coil connected to the filaments at the CFL ends or maybe the metal rings to trigger the optical coherence. The trigger frequency must match the LC stage.

IMO this is no toy, so you have to make the experiment setup like DrStiffler did, make the control of the circuit so it is no hazard to switch on and of, keep you left hand in the pocket, and keep distance while it operates.

My $0.02 of guesswork.

I tried unsuccessfuly to replicate those setups.

I am interested as hell to plasma power. It seems that plasma has a most interesting behaviour that can be traced from spark-gaps, gas tubes till to Pantone motor fuel conversion claims.

I know Dr. Stiffler has made serious work on it (i have replicated SEC 15-3 and know) that the man does not speak bull..
I sent a private message and Dr. Stifller has not chosen to reply.

I made this thread in hope he replies but, i am unsuccesfull in it so far. I do not know his more recent reasons that lead him to steer away from this plama technology that too many FE patents rely (each one in its own setup)

Hope progress to be made.

Another example of working OU principle. You should soon see that there is a plenty ways to do that but the essence is one and is magnetic.
I could also post that I solved it but what a heck it is without a working device ! Magnetic reconnection produce shockwaves. There are plenty ways to produce shockwaves in magnetosphere.Pure and simple
