Hi turned out the crystal did not play any role in the microamps effect :

Removing the crystal increased the energy to 2770 microamps (2.7 mA)

Hi great news :

Discovered that the key to stable microamps
was using a ceramic magnet (Metal Oxides) between the wet paper with salt and silver coin and aluminium foil as electrodes !!

Then i measured 1041 "microamps"

The last thing for me to do is put the finishing touches on the work and then it's time to focus
on earning money on my power cell

Things really goes the right direction !!

Discovered one big error :

I thought 3.00 - 1.00 on my digital multimeter was 1-3 amps
but it turned out to be 1-3 milliamps … bad news !!!
