I honestly believe that the ultra poor performance of the Obummercare website has nothing whatsoever to do with technical problems and incompetent programmers, but rather that it was purposely designed to fail. If anyone doesn't see how that makes sense, just look at all the turmoil this has caused. It's the problem-reaction-solution scenario once again. We have all seen the "problem," and are now seeing the public "reaction." It is just a matter of time before the public starts loudly and angrily demanding that "something must be done!"
