Heres the problem, don't get me wrong on this story because all of the USA documents are precious to me and we can all see the erosion of adherence to constitutional Laws. Anyways here is one problem I have see to many times.

As a for instance in the high school days the Nam war was ending. A lot of us smoked weed back in those days and it was common place. Beans in the door ways and 8 track tape players with Ozzy singing "Sweet Leap" you know the song "STRAIGHT PEOPLE DON"T KNOW, WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT" and so on.


Well some of my school mates thought they could sell the stuff, right? and they felt that it was their right to drink beer and smoke weed. And it is their right.

Soon they were selling weed to their friends and most of them got tired of the stuff and quit after a few years, although some did not.

A few of them sold drugs right out of middle school and later went to the war zone where they picked the stuff in the military zone they killed in.

This one guy sold drugs like this all through high school and some of the towns kids died from the designer blotter and such.

This fellow had no remorse about his damaging drug sales and felt that if people wanted the stuff it was their right to have. This had nothing to do with him and he took no responsibility for other peoples actions.

I could give the details but I will spare you

Anyway this boy had been visited by the under cover police (I was at his house when they showed one day) at his parents house telling the boy his days of selling were over. The boy was talking to the fuzz through his bedroom window where he lunged at the cop and started to beat his azz.


Well the cops left and the years rolled by and the boy went to the war and came back. This shows you how frustrated the cops were with this boy.

The cops had this kid watched. He was a war veteran, with honors right. HE was an upstanding citizen right?

The cops knew he was still selling and it pee pee them everyday. The cops couldn't touch him because the boy did everything right within his rights and they could not touch him.

So the cops stopped him in his car and found a butt end of a joint, the boy started telling the PIGS they were out of line. The police took him out of the car, both cops hit him put him in a body bag and continued to follow orders and clubbed the boy til his head was caved in and his eyes were shut for weeks in the hospital care unit ICU.

Now he has been caught again for 20yrs of porno sales on the web and put in a pen.

Do you see where I am going with this talk of rights?

Rights and entitlements can be abused and have been for over 50 years.

This generation has learned to use these laws to make them say anything they want with Lawyers.

So we are in a fix. I wish it was as simple as what some people think.

In the dream like in the old hood it was late and I was out at the corner store buying some things when the street rats started to approach me outside the building. I tried to get away but there were to many. As they held me against my will and taking my possessions I struggled to get free and was on the side walk 10 feet away from a 4 lane highway. As i pulled the thought of falling into traffic entered my mind as the cars all went faster and around to stay away from these people. No one cared or stopped, not even the police will go to some of these streets late at night. At the time I didn't realize where I was and where I had grown up.

Abstract: In contrast to the "Rotten Barrel" theory, the traditional "Rotten Apple" theory has argued that deviant police officers brought their undesirable traits into the policing profession when they were hired; under this theory, the solution to police misconduct is to improve the psychological screening of police officers so that the "rotten apples" are excluded from the "barrel."

This article focuses on the sociopathic, or antisocial, personality manifest in many police officers. Attention is given to environmental stresses that increase the likelihood of criminal behavior within police departments and the influence of the police subculture on new recruits.

There are two types of sociopaths, primary and secondary. Primary sociopaths are predisposed to antisocial behavior through their genotype. Secondary sociopaths are those who become antisocial because of environmental factors. External factors such as police subcultural norms, peer influence, and economic factors may lead some officers to believe that antisocial or deviant behavior is the most appropriate and most beneficial approach to their role as a police officer.

The environment in which police officers work offers unlimited opportunities for corruption and deceit, and these environmental factors may lead to sociopathic behavior. Early intervention is crucial for officers who show signs of stress, anxiety, depression, or any other negative behavior.

Periodic, ongoing psychological testing of officers, stress management training, and the existence of alternative intervention measures can assist in preventing the stresses of policing from leading to serious police misconduct.

Who voted today - and how many times?

The question asked is a serious one. Many states passed or proposed recent legislation to require voters to present identification before being allowed to vote in any election, but the Department of inJustice did everything they could to ensure these voter I.D. requirements were overturned by federal courts. The stated reason was that voter I.D. laws would prevent low income minorities from exercising the right to vote by making it difficult and costly for them to obtain the approved type of I.D. required. Of course we all know that is pure hogwash, and that the real reason for attempting to thwart voter I.D. laws is to ensure that the maximum number of fraudulent votes can be cast by dead voters, non-residents, and illegal residents.

Today is election day in most communities, and this provided an opportunity for reporter James O'Keefe, of Project Veritas, to take a look at the loopholes in North Carolina's voting system. O'Keefe shows that it is easy to go into the state's voter registration rolls and determine which voters are listed as "inactive voters," meaning that they remain registered to vote but have not voted in one or more recent elections. There could be several reasons for a registered voter to become inactive, such as having moved to another location, having been hospitalized or imprisoned, having died, or having simply given up on voting. In North Carolina, there are more than 700,000 inactive voters listed as registered voters, and anyone searching the database has access to the person's name and last known address, and that information is all that one needs to know in order to cast a fraudulent vote when I.D. is not required. By comparing currently listed inactives with a previous year's inactive list, one could determine who persons are that have not voted in at least two concurrent elections, and it could then be assumed with a high degree of confidence that this person will be unlikely to turn out to vote today. Anyways, using just a small portion of this information, O'Keefe traveled by bus to several North Carolina voting locations and was easily able to become eligible to vote at 20 different polling places. O'Keefe didn't actually vote, of course, as that would have been illegal, and his only purpose was to demonstrate how easily this type of voting fraud is perpetrated in states where voter I.D. is not required. O'Keefe, as usual, documented his visits to voting places in a YouTube video. In one of the video's sequences, O'Keefe appears as each of the several passengers on a bus, showing that just one person can literally provide a busload of votes. And if one person can provide a busload of votes, then certainly a busload of unscrupulous persons can provide a large number of fraudulent votes, and several such busloads can literally provide thousands of votes. While that may still not seem an adequate number to sway a statewide election, it was actually the case in North Carolina during the 2008 election, in which Barry won by a small majority of the votes cast. In fact, Judicial Watch reported that if just 5% of the ineligible non-citizens residing in North Carolina actually voted in 2008 then this would have accounted for Barry's win there. When you take into account legal and illegal aliens, and add in the fraudulent votes of persons who have been organized (by groups such as ACORN), encouraged (usually by payments), and provided the means (such as seats on passenger buses) it is readily seen that the outcome of today's election, and all future elections, can be manipulated by such tactics to ensure that a specific candidate will win.

In Detroit the cops are on the take if they are high up enough, thinking no one will catch them. They snicker and joke among their buddies when they have a kilo in a big bag sitting around.

They don't even hide the fact that they are involved "SO watch your step" they will send this message. This is because operating normally as a policemen they have no power and if they get killed "Collateral Damage no Problem".

I have spoken with a few Attorney Generals, the one in South Carolina is dead now but that guy laughed at me for saying I thought it was wrong for the Preachers down there in the BIBLE BELTS to have a whole flock of black girls as sex slaves.

The General had many himself, this is why he laughed. He didn't laugh as loud when I sent him a legal paper later concerning the matter and a few other heads of state. They were forced to move, or look bad.

If things are done right you can make this system work to get criminals because even though the heads don't care they don't want to look bad in the public eye. Half a million and you can get away with anything.

Their is no justice in the current worlds system. Its all about how folks are made to look if they sit around on their hands while someone else does their job for them, that they had no intention of doing unless they are backed into a corner.

Of all the political argments currently in the public discoarse, the argument AGAINST voter I.D. has got to be the well,....lamest.

"There is no proof of any serious, major voter fraud."

Hello, most jurisdictions have liquor stores closed on election day, and all used to. And everyone understood why. Not that 'political operatives', knowing they were going to be closed, wouldn't 'stock up' ahead of time, in order to buy votes from 'wino's' on election day.

Well documented that Joe Kennedy BOUGHT his son the presidency, they both joked he said "Hey, son, said I buy you the office, I didn't say I'd pay for a landslide!" And its all 'public knowledge', about the mob 'moll' who took the train from Boston to Chicago, with a suitcase full of cash.

LBJ's joke was how when he was running for Senate, he and a bunch of politico's were in a graveyard, copying names to 'pad the rolls', and one worker couldn't read the name off a gravestone, and LBJ quipped "You get back down there and get that name, son! That dead person deserves to vote just as much as everyone else in this graveyard!

Fact is, BOTH parties have found all sorts of ways to manipulate the elections, and are constantly looking for new ones. And ANY practical system of rules you come up with, to attempt to eliminate fraud, the barstuds will figure out a way around it. Never the less, requiring a valid I.D. would be a good step, that would at least make them work harder. And I really think that most people think the argument that such a measure 'inconveniences and disenfranchises' poor voters is absurd. Arizonas law would give such people, (if they weren't drivers), a state issued photo I.D at no charge, once they proved who they were.

Anyway, unless you are in a 'battleground' state or district, your vote doesn't really mean much anyway. Its a farce, and no one is really interested in fixing a broken system. Just like all our OTHER systems. Its all going to collapse, and should. Jim
