Just to let you know, I noticed a little error in one of his articles, and decided to mail him. This is what I wrote:

You see, mankind has known about this energy source for at least 100
years, but it has been supressed ever since JP Morgan financially
crushed the great Nikola Tesla, who already wrote in 1892 (!):

present day electrical engineering model and practice -- and power
systems -- are. We are still applying a hoary old physics of the
1880s, that has not been modernized by anything that has happened in
the entire rise of modern physics from the discovery of the electron

crisis -- the arbitrarily symmetrized EM model and systems.
To show how easy it is to evoke a continuous and steady flow of EM
energy that will last forever, simply lay an electret across a

every EE department in every university, that silly two dollar gadget

flow, but it does not account the also-present giant Heaviside curled
EM energy flow, which is several trillion times greater in magnitude
as S. And we ourselves do not have to consume any fuel or furnish any
further energy to that silly gadget, once it is simply assembled.

So there is no problem at all in evoking a "free and unending EM
energy wind" anywhere in the universe, quickly and easily and for
peanuts, that will also flow freely until the end of time.

Thus the only "energy" problem is how to build a proper "EM energy
windmill" to sit there independently in that flowing wind, divert and
collect a bit of that free energy wind and collect the energy, and
then dissipate that collected EM energy SEPARATELY in the loads to
power them.

You see, that type of EM system is a priori an ASYMMETRIC Maxwellian
system. And our EEs can only think, produce, and deploy a
SELF-SYMMETRIZING system that uses half the "collected" energy to do
nothing but destroy the source of the wind itself -- the internal
source dipole inside the generator."

Anyway, I hope you don't mind me pointing out this little error and
that your work may help to finally bring mankind the energy source we
should have had 100 years ago.

Complementary explanation: Light is the fastest and we (the scientists) have had several attempts to measure it. The results were largely different, but hey, why complain? People were curious for some number. So we got a consensus. In those experiments the light traversed different medium densities but that is irrelevant... Just as you aim for a fish in a pond with a spear and you miss it because of your lack of skill, not because of diffraction. Or refraction... damn it!

So we (the scientists) are recommending: Stare at formulas until you get it. If takes to long, go back in school and eventually you will forget what was the point.

PS: All rebels will be prosecuted. Double slit experiment mongers will be disintegrated and sent towards the slits and asked later what they learned.

What is most amazing is that there's not a single mention of Nikola Tesla (or any other person after him) in it. I guess ignorance leads to reinventing the wheel.

By the way, the work of Konstantin Meyl appears to be very compatible with the work of Nassim Haramein (http://www.energeticforum.com/renewa...-library.html).

Meyl's theory takes vortexes (and anti-vortexes) as a base for a unified theory, in which he basically derives a set of equations that include the Maxwell equations as a special case, which nicely fits in with Beardens story that the Maxwell equations have been deliberately curtailed.

Now Haramein also talks about vortexes and black holes. So, what's a black hole? Is it the same as the "eye" of a vortex? You see, the eye of a hurricane, which is a vortex, is "silent".

So, it might be very interesting to combine Meyls theories with Harameins structure of the vacuum and "black hole" theory, which appears to be confirmed by most remarkable things as crop circles, ancient texts and the pyramids. It's not that he magically derived his theory from all kinds of "weird" hocus pocus, but that after he formulated his theory, he found some really remarkable symbols and the like that exactly match what he said. Be it true or not, at least it makes his videos very interesting to watch..

"The Ultimatum" ; and "Embarrassing Question #1"

This is all very good info, but you guys might want to consider giving Dr. Turtur a break

He provided us exactly what we were waiting for: A Scientific Paper proving the existence of Free Energy that cannot be refuted; that is now in the Public Record. This is why it is such an important milestone.

Perhaps he decided to "Play The Game", and not mention Tesla or anything else that some would consider "tin foil hat" lol, just so his Paper could get through the process and be published.... For all we know he may have originally, and his Department Head told him: "Take that stuff out!" lol.

As for "Why Germany" and not other countries, it is likely that the universities there are not so beholden to the givers of grant money, they are not so controlled via their purse strings; as the funds they get are more "inviolate" and can't be taken away at the whim of some bureaucrat in an eye-blink... Like in the US.

Recently, Dr. James DeMeo, the expert on "Cloudbusting", Orgone energy, and the work of Wilhelm Reich in general; talked about the academic suppression aimed at him in the 1980's at the University of Kansas (via radio interview).

Dr. DeMeo had written his Thesis on the subject in the late 1970's, then went on to form a research project there on Reich Cloudbusting and Orgone. He said the project had several successes breaking long-term droughts in the West and Midwest of the US. ; and even later in Africa and Israel. His group was suddenly in demand from many countries and US States who wished the same.

He went on to say that one day his bosses from the University administration came to him and said that people from the US government had just given Kansas U. "The Ultimatum": Either they immediately END the project, or ALL grant money to the University would cease (not just money for that department, but all monies for the entire University). So that is what happened, the University not only fired him and anyone else in the project, they dismantled & later re-formed the entire Department By the way, this tactic of dismantling and re-forming Departments is a way of getting rid of Tenured academicians who can't be fired in normal ways; and it's been used before and since to punish those Department Heads who refuse to toe the line.

So this is the "How" behind the "Why" regarding "Embarrassing Question #1" of why our major universities refuse to study these important technologies... Because if they do dare to study them, ALL FUNDING could be shut off.. The way things are set up nowadays, a they could not last a week without these moneys.... And so "The Ultimatum" is a very effective threat.

So my point is, we should simply be grateful to Dr. Turtur and others who can "break out", who avoid "The Ultimatum". They have done the planet a great service.

And we need more past DOCUMENTED EXAMPLES of "The Ultimatum" being given. So we can publicize them widely, let peeps know that there is an entity out there stopping these techs from being studied using totally unethical, if not illegal, tactics: "Extortion" is a crime, so is "Racketeering / RICOH Statutes". And if any links between the government bureaucrat & corporate interests can be shown (...and there usually are lol), it is also illegal as simple "Graft". The executives of corporations that benefit from these technologies remaining in the dark can also be Prosecuted for their crimes... And some day they will be
