  • Chain Reaction The Movie...

Interesting film about researchers in Chicago converting water into safe energy...
Starring Keanu Reeves, Morgan Freeman, Rachel Weiz.
Story line. About industrial mercenaries sabotaging the H2O project and then framing the two scientists.
Too bad they didn't belong to this forum. They could have saved themselves some drama...
Not to mention blowing up the South Side of Chicago

Check it out and share your thoughts on relevance

    The Saint

    Hi,

Yes, Chain Reaction is an interesting film. Another film in this same genre is The Saint, starring Val Kilmer and Elisabeth Shue. It's about a scientist who figures out how to stabilize a Cold Fusion Reaction (H2O) and the intrigue around foiling it's release.

As you can see, you can make successful movies about suppressing FE technologies, but not about actually releasing them and "saving the world".

Peter: Thanks for the heads up on the new movie. I didn't know what the Saint was about or I would have seen that one.

I'm currently working with Water Arc explosions, using a plasma spark. I'm seeing some orange colors at the top, so I think it's working a little. I've read this can produce as much as 1,000 times the input energy. Where do you think this comes from? I was thinking it was surface tension, then I realized nano fog has a much larger surface than a drop of water.

My goal is to combine two Water Arc fields in quadrature, to make a grid less Fusor based on the Dynamic Capacitor Model of Ball Lightning. Here's another approach, using magnetic confinement of the inner electrons which, in turn, confine the ions:

note also that chain reaction features the r. buckminster fuller dymaxion map at the start of the film, behind the scientist talking about the need for energy&new inventions.

another such is that tucker - the man and the dream orsomething, about tucker's car design + suppression, and during the trial at the end you'll see a giant portrait of nikola tesla in the courthouse. what was it doing there?
