I am not qualified to read the above, this is my header information coming from the link in question via "Live HTTP Headers" add-on for Firefox.
But I'll take a wild guess that it indicates the web page you say did not contain what I said it contained was last modified Last-Modified: Fri, 20 Mar 2009 23:37:47 GMT which was ONE HOUR ago.

I will say I didn't know all the facts and may have reported them incorrectly.
I was confused about the actual cause, mechanics of it that is.
it was Happening and it would seem you modified that META line on the web page.

I don't know anything about METAs but it would seem that
if the refresh had an url that did not point to the same web page the user was already on, then that would be like a hi-jacking to a different web page.
without the user requesting it. That would increase you page HITS ..

I changed the page but I did not change the part you said was there. That page is one of my original pages from long ago. I changed the time it refreshes from 320 seconds to 2320 seconds which you have so nicely taken time out of your busy busy day to locate yet a second time... and you have proved absolutely the same thing I said.

The page you referenced did not ever forward to that Zip file. You copied the source code from my homepage that does. Your accusations are still FALSE and you still owe me some apologies that I'll never get.

I have no idea how many hits that page gets because it is tucked so far deeply into my website stuck under /NNINDEX subdirectory, indicating it was copied from my original website Gravity Wheel? I can't say I know Vortex personally, but I do keep track of his posts and from those I am reasonably confidant he is not employed by the oil cartel and his ethics are complimentary to this forum's values.

I don't believe Vortex was accusing you of anything, and since he even points out the "offending" code I am led to believe that he has good knowledge of html and web design. As a professional webmaster I can back him up by saying that automatic downloads are a big no-no as this is a technique used by malicious websites to trick the user into downloading a virus or other malware. Although this was probably used innocently by yourself, it is still suspicious, even more so because it was a zip file which could be anything!

I can not see the code that Vortex mentioned and I checked google's cache from the 5th march and the code is not there either so I am confused why vortex found this code and you state at one point that...

since I added that download (that is easily refused) my website Hits have increased dramatically.

...since there is no code there to perform such an action. But then later you say

That Zip file was prepared under a very powerful antivirus program and scanned. It was set to Lock, then a Read-Only file attribute was set to prevent virus infection as it passed through Internet nodes.

No one is forced to download it. That's the silliest thing I ever heard tell of and displays ignorance of how downloading is done, and then to blow it out of all sane proportion as he did is insulting to my Christian faith.

I did not come to this forum to let other posters wipe their feet on my face nor to be racially insulted by "Senior Members", but it does indeed look like I have come to a smarmy place after all. Jealousy rules this place and angry insults.

I wasn't sure until CloudSeeder helped me out with the clues.

I don't know much about the METAs but a simple test
of opening the web page and waiting confirmed the hi-jacking was
and is still happening. Was confused at first.
