Help with downloading

After clicking the download LINK,
a page is displayed that you must
enter in the numbers (digits only) into the field below the image and
click the green button, Скачать, below the field.

A new page is displayed then.
Under the words
Скачать файл will be a link .. this link will bring up a download dialog box,
but only if you open a new browser window.
Do not just click upon the link, otherwise it will tell you to download software.
Right click upon the link and open a NEW BROWSER window .. this bypasses
the javascript code that brings up the
web page that is telling you to download software.
Opening a new browser window and allows you to
download the document without loading the software.
