Radiant detector?

I heard that John Bedini had built a radiant energy detector. Anyone know the circuit?

There is also a radiant detector from Prof. Seike. It utilize his patented mobius coil. John Bedini use flat spiral coil?

Maybe all radiant detector must use coil with weak/zero magnetic induction?

I am in no doubt about it, you built a detector.
And any detector is 1000 times better than no detector.

What it is detecting is where my doubt begins ...
I'm still not convinced it is only detecting energy caused
by or is of a single energy source. Shade/shield one of
the multiple causes of the energy and the neon might not
light up.

The neon requires +30% to initially light up and -30% to stay lit
once it gets lit. Meaning it isn't %30 as sensitive as it could be.

I understand (now) the detector is surrounded in plastic ,
but it has "open to the air" ends.
Did you warp the entire detector in plastic bag, open ends also?
Have you tried to shield the front end of the detector, will anything
or everything block the detector from working?

A button battery with tiny Joule Thief circuit could be added to get
the neon lit so when the juice is turned off, if there is less than +30% energy
around it would keep the bulb lit up.
That would enhance your detector into one that could be more sensitive ... Maybe?

Radiant Detector?

I built this little FET electric charge detector. Since I can't find it right now, I'm unable to test it on my SG device that is producing radiant.

@Inquorate, I also have observed that neon bulb without attached to wire will light up if we make it close to high voltage wire. On glass, not on electrode, if the voltage is high enough (car coil).

But I don't notice any neon bulb lighting on low voltage part of my circuit, while this part is where the radiant energy should be exist, not in high voltage part. Maybe if we can enhance it capability with something.........


@Spearmaster, thanks for the link, maybe if we attach it to flat spiral or mobius coil it may give better radiant detection. The next step would be making it only detect radiant and would not light up on HV radiation.
