    Seems like a daunting project. I see mercury is weakly diamagnetic and from looking at the tr-3b concept : "The plasma, mercury based, is pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres at a temperature of 150 degrees Kelvin, and accelerated to 50,000 rpm to create a super-conductive plasma with the resulting gravity disruption." sounds like that would take some seriously expensive extensive lab equipment

        Do not believe everything That you read !!! ..... the mercury plasma is present in old fluorescent tubes, in bulbs of metal halide, but in none of them is made to rotate on an axis, the concept is simple.

        If there is any truth in that plasma of mercury rotating at high speed generates antigravity a simplified version like mine and a torsion balance could verify
