Looks to me like a magnet embedded rotor-inductor generator setup feeding two Tesla coils. If they both have their own resonant frequencies and combine them, they might be able to produce a standing wave that can be tapped to power the device itself and produce extra external charge.
Just my unsolicited thoughts...
Hope they make it to market.

It looks interesting and I saw the live feed about 3 hours in but didn't see it at the start. Hard to tell if there might be wires powering the device - did anyone see it at the start and did they show it being free of external power? Their offer to sell is quite unique and would make one believe they really have something that works. I take it this offer would be to get initial interest and validation.
