    tesla.org.br

The Nikola Tesla Institute, founded in 2012 in Brasília, Brazil, is a non-profit scientific organization with a vision to popularize new energy research. The Institute houses a functioning, fully automated laboratory, built to carry on research in Tesla technologies, with the intent to develop new energy technologies, wireless energy transmission and to research the development of human energy (bio-resonance) technologies.

Here is a video from the founder: https://youtu.be/xernr3w0IkU

I put this here because it just seems like a match made in heaven, this institute and energetic science ministries.

I have been watching these guys for over 1 year now (browse their site once a month).
They have so far successfully build:
    1 (upside down) Tesla coil.
    ...
    erhm...
    that is it, I'm afraid.
Big plans, big mouths, ... but that is where it ends.

Seeing their Tesla coil... it is a very, very bad design and its performance is likewise. If Tesla would see what they have build in his name, he would probably burst in tears.

      Tesla

Thanks for sharing that - we're all in this together.

If this is a true charity with altruistic and benevolent men dedicating themselves to a better world in Tesla's name ?
maybe you could offer them some help?

however if they are just folks looking to make some money on the backs of others?

a little background would be very important to know first ?

        respectfully

          True!, RAMSET.

As I said I have been reading their site roughly once a month for well over 1 year, probably even more than 2 years.
          My impression is that
          - they know very little about Tesla and his work.
          - they do many things that have little or no relation to Tesla's work.
          - they seem to focus more on media attention than anything else.

I have considered joining with them (as well as with a number of other serious Tesla researchers), but I lost interest because of the first point. Also I think our priorities do not match.
I am not saying that I am an expert on these guys and what they are doing, don't get me wrong! I am just venting my opinion. Perhaps there are people out there who know them better and can give us a better indication on who they are, what they do and how....etc.
          Love to hear from them!

Yes, now I remember that encounter too.
              Thanks Slick!

They show no experience at all with Tesla coils nor with HV, then their first coil should be running on 200 KW. These guys have a desperate death wish.
If I remember correctly, they did not get very far with their indie-no-no campaign. Probably best for them.

Anyways... now they have their upside down Tesla coil (on 5 KW).
And they have wound their TMT. Some university guy has helped them with the math.
I have not seen it running yet. But from what I have seen, I would be very surprised if it actually would work.
