Depends on who you ask.

Bodkins is accepting donations (not to be confused with payments, obviously it would break the good intensions) for health pens. With that in mind, off course he will state it works.

If you'd ask sadang, off course it works. Disregard Roalds or Thomas effort, they weren't thorough replicators Please see the link he altruistically shared few posts above. Now that is making an effort! (note, a kwh meter in perfect balance (move neither forward nor backward) is impossible considering the load attached).

So, if you ask me, i would say it doesn't work. With any common sense applied looking at this (non-)technology bunch of copper turned in some "magic" way, it can not possibly work.

Regarding Keshe. He left Italy and moved to Dubai.

I've been checking two of the Keshe forums daily. Almost all the post have to do with health pens (or similar) or making gans.

Not much about energy other than a couple people receive the Magrav unit for the car and have not idea how to install it.

Step by step even the worst skeptical will have to accept the results without even understanding them. They will finally create a new religion, and those who were bent on Keshe's plasma theory (which btw is not far from the ancient knowledge) will become the new scientist of the future.

As a general rule, it doesn't matter how many devices works or not, if only one gives results not according to the current scientific dogma, then in a real human society based on common sense and real desire of knowledge and understanding and not on money and self-interest only, that device or phenomenon have to be studied in its subtext, text and context... if you are able to know what I mean!

The Keshe's plasma technology is already a planetary phenomenon! Even if you like it or not. and this without enforcement from any government or other kind of authority of any kind. It is only the will of the people. Otherwise... only naive or malicious arrogance!
