This car runs on 500 watts of battery power. 72vdc @7amps

With this power draw on his batteries he can travel 490 miles.

His car must as light as a motorcycle and his batteries special

      Electric Car by Russian Inventor.

      Input 109.0v
      .879A
      73watts

      Output 378.9v
      .397 A
      149.9Watts

Here is a close up of the bulbs and another of the entire circuit.
It looks like he can get double out with the light bulbs.

I have not been able to translate the documents yet so
      I don't understand his circuit.

He might as well use a portable drill connected to his rear wheels.
          .

I have this wrong. What they are saying, I think, is that the input to their circuit is 500watt.

Are they saying what the output is?

(Even if the output is enough, with a COP of around 100 to give the power of a small hatchback, it must be a heck of a battery to give a range of 490 miles).

Nobody should be fooled into thinking that because a bulb has 75w printed on it, then it is using 75w. It is impossible to tell from a photo because we don't know what aperture/speed the camera is running at but I would guess that those bulbs are running at 30w to 40w, or less.
