Yes. I hope you have some good high power thyratrons on order since there is nothing else that may switch such pulse without failing.
And take those safety warnings seriously, regardless how experienced you're.

Hahahhaha no bro i am not going to kill someone i have one project i want to replace the capacitor but i don't get in to shops here because it is high voltage rating capacitor,
it's value is just like that
Just curious,... what kind of household equipment did you find this capacitor in?
Some heavy duty, industrial bug zapper?
      A rhino taser?
Or got yourself some nuclear device from ebay?
      A UFO?
      ...

They should be fine. I use them with Oudin coils but they're 10 or 15nF only, so 100 of them in parallel will get you at 1 - 1.5uF, not 10 -15uF you're looking for.
Quite expensive solution once you calculate the cost of 1000 of them.
Some 5M bleeding resistors across may be good idea.

2000 pieces of the top one in parallel, and your espresso machine will be up and running in no time.

How difficult would it be to build the device out of Aluminium foil and suitable plastic dielectric sheeting?

Is size crucial? Is the capacitance value crucial?
              .
