So have you found that when a full moon is directly above, the voltage is weakest? That kind of thing - what correlations have you found between the voltages, times of day and moon/sun positions?

I was hearing a lecture on gravity propulsion on youtube and he said that Brown was very close to anti gravity.
This guy showed a disk with small tesla coils like and said that this works for anti gravity.
