Can't come up with a name with out using Tesla's good name on products he would likely scoff at.

Shameful. Tesla's coat tails have shoe prints all over them. Little elf like ones.

What do the products have to do with Tesla, where is the connection ? Where is
the justification, or more to the point what makes you think it is ok do use his
name to make money on stuff that likely has nothing to do with him.

No one needs to justify themselves to me, I think I am asking questions many
others would like to ask. So I feel it would behoove you to answer. I have no
malice, I just think it's wrong unless there is clear connection to Tesla or his
work, the Tesla Car, the Tesla chargers (which were dubious in their abilities
at least at first or maybe even now). Two other examples of Tesla's good
name being used to boost commercial profits.

So here is the chance, what is the reason you used Tesla's name ? Is it
because the Technology is related to his work or discoveries. Or is it because
one of the people involved is related to Tesla, Or is it just to get more sales by
people thinking they will get a some kind of "Tesla (special) energy device".

Why no let the technology stand on it''s own merits ? Is it because it would
get less interest without using Tesla's good name for your purposes.

What connection is there to Tesla with any of the devices or technology being
promoted ?

It would be fair enough use Tesla's name to describe technology advanced by him or
invented by him or to describe anything to do with him.

But why use his name in the naming of a business unless to use his name for
money making. Weather legal or not there are morals at play. I know for one I
am getting tired of people using his name to promote their stuff and will not
buy or promote anything that uses his name for no other reason than
commercialism.

Will you only be building/selling stuff that has a direct link to Tesla ?

The gall of some people, why not use you own name for goodness sake.

$500.00. dollar battery chargers, really, is $300.00 dollars of that so a sticker with Tesla's name can be on it.

There are many standard chargers on the market today that use pulsing to rejuvenate sulfated batteries.

And $500 dollars for a battery bank load/charge controller ?
