Is possible to make a N-Machine without mechanical commutator???

There are two designs - the first involves a bath of molten sodium for the disc to run in - mercury might do - (which is not strictly what you have in mind) and a second involving two discs rubbing against eachother, with the power coming out on the two shafts.

If i recall correctly, the voltage tends to be small and the current high.

The output of homopolar generators are high current\low voltage. If interested in this type of device, you should look at the old boderlands build whose output was ac as that would probably be easier to extract without brushes. Although, I don't think that they ever did find a more efficient way to do it.
