Free Energy Power Generator - (Ongoing Test)

I have made this device but have not created this as it is in the video and
do not intend to make a 12v bridge, sending the energy back into the
initial circuit.
My thoughts is that one must create more transformers and step up
the power as in Don L. Smith's videos. (See Youtube for his vids)
In my testing I am getting a very LOW voltage in the circuit transformer.
I'm changing around the resistors and transistors in finding the best
voltage I can. Later I would like to submit pics and get some feedback
here.
