This is about the Alcubierre drive.

Frrom Wikiedia:

"The Alcubierre drive or Alcubierre metric (See: Metric tensor) is a speculative idea based on a solution of Einstein's field equations as proposed by Miguel Alcubierre, by which a spacecraft could achieve faster-than-light travel if negative mass existed".

Best solution would be to look at Paul LaViolette's work regarding Townsend Brown's work in electrically-generated gravity.

I tend to dismiss beforeitsnews as not real news, though. I'm a crackpot, but they're considerably more crackpotty.
