The circuit discussed is one by gyula using a precharged cap with fast switching charging the primary coil and back emf pick by secondary coil to charge back the caps pick coil produced from the resonance

I remembered Tito Oracion from the old TPU discussion. That was ages ago, but he kept saying something about energy amplifier. One of those threads, he gave a hint about its operation, but people got fed up with him.

Basically, he ripped the idea off from the hard work of Wattsup, TPUBruce, Otto, and other members in the TPU research. He kept bragging about it without disclosing its intimate secrets even though he clearly got the idea and solved the technical problems with help from the forum members. I thought he was just full of it back then, but it seems he truly did built and patented that idea...sorry, but i'm just a bit disgusted.

anyway, you might get a hint of his machine's operation by scouring through the old TPU threads at Overunity.com

Parametric resonance and opposing magnetic poles, that's the KEY!

It would explain Magnacoaster's and Romero's devices quite well...

I think I'll build a setup for this

I set up a capacitive system using coils and plates and also notice I only get charge separation if the poles are opposing.

Here I used bare wire and weedeater string but changed the winding to insulated wire, works better, I used the aluminum cone from an angel food cake pan.

Tito circuit 3 which was used by romerouk
And positive results
Fpr onitial test i ised the circuit with red box in gyulas tito circuit 3
Instead of switch i ised a spark gap relay from the open output contact of the swatter
No earth is neefed as the arc is charging both caps
With earth the arc is boosted into plasma sa peter lindermam showed on his plasma mod

I don't think it's solved yet, but good work is being done to identify the key elements of a working system. I think the principles involved could result in a few different inventions, but using the same basic principles.
