Playing around with an idea of using a modified wimshurst,
so that both charges align in one direction; then placing the
insulated disks on either side of a homopolar generator. the
alternating current will be placed to diode bridge rectifier then
used as spark gap for non feral conducter, maybe eliminating
resistance of current load in homopolar.. it would work the same
way i imagine the earth generates lightning. given water and gold
are non feral conductors.

just an idea at this time.
