The flywheels need revolutions about 1000 times fast than their axis rotation.

Also those mechanisms cannot 'lift off' because then the entire mechanism will spin in the opposite direction about the central vertical axis.

When something producing a lifting force with respect ground, as a translation of force acting against solid ground

it cannot do likewise in air for the whole mechanism will immediately start to spin oppositely, and then self destruct.

Just like when a helicopter loses its rotor.

All drawings so far illustrated here are 'fails', unless other special mechanical arrangements have been implemented which are not being shown.
