Jib, WE SHOULD MAKE A ONLINE FORM WHERE PEOPLE CAN REQUEST THEIR GOVERNMENT USE THEIR TAX MONEY TO IMPLEMENT THIS FOR CHEAPER ELECTRICITY OR HIDRO, OR BLACK LIGHT POWER (THEY ALREADY HAVE UNITS WORKING) ETC ETC

A activist group like Avaaz HAS MILLIONS OF PEOP0LE WHO SIGN THINGS AND HAS EVEN MADE THE UN ACT.

People can request their government use their tax for these systems

Excellent find Ash! I saw your post on ou also and I really hope this pans out. It is actually a patent application I saw rather than a finished and approved patent. I think you know about the patent office 'SAWS' memo so let's hope that patent app doesn't become their undoing.

This somewhat reminds me of the guy who had a water pump powered generator in his garage that would self power the pump. I think many have seen the youtube on that.

It's interesting how they seem to recirculate the compressed air in what appears to be an open system.
