Yes this system is really interesting.
I got it working with the circuitry that you can find at Jean louis Naudin web site.

All is very well explained , with shematics and components.
If you have no Sig gen , JLN propose a "Royer " oscillator to get the first results with the U shape tube.

The system is not so easy to tune, and is very sensitive to very small changes.

That's why JLN and also Pascuser and others (especially at "conspirovniscience forum " ) assisted by Richard Vialle himself , are working hard on finding a reliable measurement methodology in order to determine the OU possibility.

I am not sure that you can use the system at this stage to charge a "bank " of battery yet, but you are welcome to go in this experiment.

thanks, woopy. I will spend some more time studying JLN's site.

The reason I mentioned the battery bank is because I saw JLN charging batteries with it.

I really don't have much in terms of electrical equipment, I barely know how to solder! But, I am willing to learn and try and try again, if required.

I saw this thread, and I have followed JLN's site for years, and this looked to be a project with a lot of promise (and multiple reports of OU).
