These liquids sometimes takes up to 2 month to prepare and some liquids have had up to 40 different elements in them, so each matter is different and each matter to produce used different liquid.

These are mixture of elements and conditions, some elements naturally produce radioactive material for production of gamma rays levels within and with construction matters of the plastic, carbon 12 and so on.

The existence of elements and creation of natural radioactive source in the liquid and their composition has been confirmed independently by nuclear and nano institutes.

May be this will answer some of your questions.

We used different liquids for different matters and secondly the object of exercise is creation of conditions to create and release magnetic fields that can be used to generate materials of heavier elements, this is what you are missing from the whole subject.

Several tests have be done in our static reactors. One is the treatment of cables and wires which have - under their insulation jackets - copper strands. So all copper wires and strands were still in their insulation jacket while processed. Different type of cables and wires were introduced in or connected to plasma reactors. Some reactors were filed with some Kt Liquid, other were only filed with pure plasma (a Kt Liquid moisture). No additional external energy sources - like EUV from arcs, magnetic fields from solid magnets, electrical current, etc. - were used.

TWO KIND OF TREATMENTS

This static reactor has in the wall different type of electric/telephone cables mounted.


This image shows small telephone wires (each having seven copper strands) inserted in a cola bottle reactor. In these tests only a Kt Liquid moisture is added. After this the reactor is closed and the deposition process starts.

Results after processing.




After expose in static Keshe reactors it has been found that all copper wires and all strands - each - were fully covered by atomic carbon. This means that the carbons atoms, entering by one end of the cable, were deposited on the copper surface of each wire and strand.


The carbons atoms, entering by one end of the cable, were deposited on the copper surface of each small wire, and in these small wires on each strand. There are indications that the deposits are fullerenes, a combination of sp2 (graphene) and sp3. Spectacular is that each strand is completely insulated from the other strands in the same insulation jacket. The insulation material (polymers) itself is not altered or damaged by the processing, only a slight difference in color is observed. This is the proof that the process is not a chemical react

NEW INSULATING AND CONDUCTIVE PROPERTIES

Although the strands are in direct contact with each other surface, they are fully insulated from each other by the atomic carbon layers. This is proven in tests - at room temperature - with multi-meters and physical tests with batteries (9V) and lighting, were current was conducted through wires which were directly twisted with each other.





This all means that new proprietary type of wires have been developed, which can co-conduct several strength of current at the same time through their different strands, and this will mean a revolution for all kind of electric and electronic designs.


This approach can also be used for the design of transistors and integrated circuits. In example, surfaces with only a few number of atomic carbon layers - like in sp2 (graphene) having ballistic conductive properties - can be mounted directly on each other while they are still insulated from each other. With technics like etching special circuits can be made.

Ir. Keshe: "It is clear that we have found a number of new principles of atomic interactions and reaction on atomic level, which were unknown till now. We developed methods to generate new type of processes in our reactors, and the coverage of wires which are still in their insulation jacket is just one of the industrial application we see. When you are working on atomic and nano level you are thinking in other sizes, let's say if the carbon atoms would have a size of ping-pong balls then the insulation material - which we normally think as being very tight to the copper strands, could have gaps like tens of meters wide from the copper strands themselves, so the carbon atoms can travel easily through and being deposited on the free copper atoms which attract them. Our method is that we mount full telephone cables in the wall of our reactors leaving the rest of the cable outside the reactor, and the cables acts like exhaust pipes to transport the atomic carbon while depositing them on the copper. This is a process at atomic level, not a chemical process, since the insulation of the wires is still intact."

We can apply this amazing wire treatment on atomic and nano level immediately on industrial scale. The process is quite simple. This new achievement confirms our previous findings that carbon sp2 and sp3 can deposited on various substrates and objects at room temperature and normal atmospheric pressure, and this, without complicated systems like the traditional arcs treatment. We can provide industry with all kind of nano-materials at very competitive prices.

Of course the methods and applications are under patent pending, since they will change - yes simplify - a large number of industrial processes, and this not only on nano-scale. Next to that, the proprietary approach developed by Ing. Keshe makes is possible to create self-sustaining energy production, which will lead to new type of electric generators.

Keshe on Open Source

In the recent YouTube video interview (link in IndianaBoys' post) Keshe says all his IP is patented or proprietary. So, good luck if you think you can benefit from it financially or commercially. He says you can learn all about it from his books, but that is a big question unless someone in this forum wants to replicate Keshe and spill the beans. What do you think about that? I think in means a lot more dead ends for replicators and builders.

Bedini also understands the importance of having backup power as he sees the potential for a sun flare event effecting the grid in some way and wants to be prepared.

It seem that you have some insight into all this. But your very correct in what your
saying. The power sometimes goes out for days, and we have no Sun like some other
states. Up north the jet stream just keeps it gloomy all the time during the winter.
To developed a cell that can charge in low light would be very valuable for people.
Now most just consider this just a hobby but when the time comes you better have
something. I have friends here that just live on batteries and your right they are
working overtime on how to make these cells. You need batteries that can take a very
deep discharge and the bounce back as if nothing ever happened. at any time people
could face power failures. Junk batteries and the plates can be used, Alum is cheap
and easy to get at a spice house. The other thing is the positive plate is very
important as that is the active material. Only 10% would survive a Solar Flair why,
because they just think the power will always be, it will not always be here, just
look at the past.

AMMONIUM ALUMINUM SULFATE known as food grade Alum can do some very strange things
when it's used with Lead batteries, For one thing when combined with Lead plates
can change it's impedance in the cell. for example it can change under charge to a
very high impedance giving a liner charge curve which a lead acid battery can not
do, During dis-charge it can change to a very low impedance to supply current for a
very long time right to zero volts. you can not do that with a lead acid battery
without serious damage. The other thing no acid is involved so it's safe to be
around. Between all the videos posted by me and lidmotor and Slider people should
be able to figure this out. Use the electron charts you will see where the power
comes from.

Minimum charge gives power for a very long time, that is like backwards for
batteries. Impedance is very important in cells for power and current. However as
stated over on the Energy Science Forum by me one chemical is missing for the best
electrolyte, and it think that missing chemical we have all used. One other thing
you should study is how plants use the Sun to generate power in it's process. could
be a battery without a Solar Cells charging it. so you have your hint. I post my
video on the other forum as I help on the SG groups.

Many are experiencing various levels of frustration replacing the 130 year old paradigm with Ufopolitics new paradigm at various levels. This is observable as seen by the lack of true replications.

Paradigm =
Dictionary - A worldview underlying the theories and methodology of a particular scientific subject.
Bob Proctor - A multitude of habits. You don't break paradigms, you break habits. You don't break habits, you replace habits. (analogy winding a motor the 130 year old way versus winding a motor the new Ufopolitics way)

Ufopolitics has done a great job educating and coaching us. He continues to give us various explanations of this new paradigm through his devices/machines/drawings/videos and understandings.

I believe for many, that if someone picks 1 motor to convert and does a thorough step by step video with explanation and shares that, we will see the amount of replications increase dramatically. If someone were to produce a video that will allow a novice all the way to an expert with the information to recreate this it will greatly assist in busting this old paradigm and replacing it with Ufopolitics new paradigm. Leave nothing out no matter how simple you may think it is.
