Hi all again... Seems i brought up an interesting point of contention.. Which was my intention anyway.. To get people thinking on suppression, freedom and sharing... A few thoughts..
Venture capitalists.. Are what the title says.. People looking for profit opportunities.. However not much help if your developing over unity.. As it will never reach patent stage under current system where any device of potential military use (high efficiency) is automattically gagged under national security laws.. Matt, name one over unity device (and there have been many) which has made it onto public domain and the inventor is still walking and talking.. Or are you seriously thinking in the last say 70 years no over unity device has actually been developed at all... You seem to fit into the cateagory of people who dont belive in control stuctures and suppression as a reality? Even energy companies greed is reason enough to supress alternative power and thats an obvious reality.
Matt your frustration with current situation and people is understandable.. Your anger at those like me is your choice.. Im simply offering my insights and take it or leave it.. I got no attachment, i take nothing personally and have no expectation of others.. The four agreements is a good book if u ever get the chance to read it.. I doubt your interested in my advice tho our way of looking at life is so different i may as well be from another planet! On a positive not as others have pointed out the control structures losing its power base at the moment with big changes happening behind the scenes (david wilcox info and others).. We may see free energy out of the closet during this year if were lucky free energy has been around for long enough now.. Its about time!!

See the problem is you believe you are controlled by this structure that somehow will stop you. That because other people have in the past subsided to the suppression you must as well when the time comes or you must give it all away to protect yourself. You live and breath in fear.

You are not bound to the US when you want to patent your ideas. There are more countries on this planet....

In my country (The Netherlands), we have a national patent, besides the EU patents, whereby when you apply, you ALWAYS get your patent, new or not. If you want to patent the wheel, just go ahead. You'll get it. But, that's a national patent, only valid in The Netherlands.

However, AFAIK, these can be used as "priority" patents in other countries, BUT you will have to convert the national patent to a European one, I think within a year or so. Anyway, in that case, it will be investigated whether or not your invention meets the criteria for being "new".

Now from the moment the Dutch patent office has RECIEVED your application, you can publish all you want about your invention without invalidating your patent.

In other words: you could just apply for a Dutch national patent first, then after a week or so, publish everything you got and THEN use the route of "priority" to apply for a US patent.

However, when you choose that route and choose to publish, then you may run into trouble if you have forgotten to claim a detail or part that is thus not covered by your patent. If that detail is included in what you have published afterwards, then you can no longer patent that part.

@BlackHats: Good luck suppressing such a patent on the basis of "National Security"

Spot on Lamare. THERE ARE other countries which don't give tiny rat A$$ about the National Security bs and you can commercialize your idea. It would be very silly if someone else will try to apply for a patent of your device being on the market for some time already. Also, don't see a way for them to stop you either.
We all need to fulfill some basic needs. We can grow food, live off the grid etc. But I seriously doubt that one could trade dozen of eggs for MJL. We cannot create components out of thin air. At least not yet.
Weekend afternoon hobby and serious R&D are 2 different things.
Awakekiwi you have some valid points but how much of your own funds can you invest (while giving everything for free) before you go broke?
If you're unable to move forward neither you or anybody else will benefit.

Hi folks, Hi matt, lets make this as simple as we possibly can.
You have basic needs just as I and all the other humans do and you are using a strategy to try and meet these needs based around the acquiring of money.
All I am offering is my observation that this strategy may work for some, but observing the world shows that it does not work for everyone.
Sharing freely without conditions worked great when we were growing up and our parents cared for us, though once we left that situation, we essentially entered a different world than what we were led to believe growing up.
This simple family dynamic is all I am really pointing out, nothing new to most people, though this money thing has caused many to see others as outside of their family, you are my brother matt, just as all on this forum and maybe some sisters here as well.
We have been duped into this way of living to serve the few and all I am saying is, we are all family and family shares freely.
I could only imagine if i brought over some food or beer, though don't drink anymore, to my fathers home and once he cracked open a beer, i said, that will be 3 dollars plus tip for delivery sir, lol, I'm sure I would be met with a look as if I were crazy.
And this is what many of us in this world are trying to convey to others, is how crazy all this is, the ways we are living, I'm not saying any humans are crazy, just the systems set up.

I live in Uruguay the smallest country in south America. here a guy developed a compressed air engine that was like 100 times cheaper than gas. and well I don't see any air cars in the streets... one time the lab of the inventor was destroyed by fire... he also was taken to some US UNIVERSITY and them they kick him out.

just mentional also that fear is not a consideration for me.. I have no fear of death and all fears come from that base fear. If im visited by MIB i think it will be an interesting encounter for sure my info is not fear based matt.. Its simply info based on experience and realistic interpretations of our situation on this planet.. The patent system itself is part of the old fear based system.. Fear of intelectual property theft, and fear of lack due to addiction to existing monetary system.
I do my best to live to the 4 agreements, paricularily no expectations.. Its a daily challenge but the rewards are a very deep inner calm and peace.. And gratitude to live where i do. Suppression has no boundaries as pointed out by others.. Lets find creative solutions to the suppression.. There are wealthy people in new zealand that do support inventors without a profit motive.. Yes its true.. They simply want enegy freedom for all.. Capitalists not nessesarily needed... Its time we step into a new way of sharing and growing.. The best way to become free is to operate outside of the systems of control which includes money system. Find local engineers for example who are willing to support such projects.. I does happen... Its happening here were i live in a big way!! I grow my food, generate my electricity and own water.. Im mostly free of control structure. It feels great

I am forty years old, I have spent 6 years and and lost track of how many thousands of dollars maybe hundreds of thousands, working on this thing. I have published and discussed 100's of methods of running it for variety of reasons. And to date I have had nothing in return for it from the free energy community. Not even a on going effort to try to keep up by anyone with a budget.

Now thats not to say there are not people I will share with I have decided not to share outside of a very small group.

And despite all the rhetoric about suppression and world changing tech, and rewards based on freedom, there are plenty of people who will help via funding as long as the info isn't in the public domain.

So I'll make you an offer. My next build has estimate of about 18000 dollars worth of parts. You get me that money and I'll post the whole thing for you to replicate.
Because sir I am telling you I am tired of swinging a hammer to make less and less of living, and tired of spending every extra dime earned from blood, sweat, and tears , just so some small group of people can just ride along side cheer for me and badger you to death for information that is just elementary.

You help foot the bill and I'll stay open source, simple.. And if your not willing to that then screw it let it stay suppressed.
