1st Practice Target


Thanks, Kevin! This is just great. And what a great weekend to get my tapes! I've been housebound all weekend because of a minor illness, so what to do? Watch tapes! (And no, I didn't make up the illness just so I could stay home.)

I've watched all the way through to the first two practice sessions. Wow! This is fascinating! I nailed the first one completely! I got so excited that I was jumping up and down. Yes! And I went right into the second one, and kind of bombed on that one. I didn't allow enough time in between.

But the cool thing is, I can see how it works. On the first one, I kept getting a visual that I had to declare (I kept thinking of wide-open spaces like the great plains), but even though my visual was wrong, I acually drew the danged thing right!

And on the second target, I can see how I interpreted some of it right (I kept thinking of an enclosure and naturally believed it to be man made) but I let my imagination soar and the target just flew out the window with it.

Oh, man, this to just too cool. It's such a shame I have to wait so long between targets. I can't wait to finish the tapes!

Hi everyone, I just got access to this trv forum, although what I do isn't actually trv - I do energy-reading. I'm interested in finding out what the differences are and what some of the trv jargon means.

The really quick version of how I came to do this is - I had a kundalini experience at age 19, followed by getting really ill. Doctors were of no help, and I taught myself to move energy around my body to heal myself and rebuild my chakras. Learned about alternative healing, started doing reiki etc. Met a woman who did energy-reading, and she kind of mentored me but I seemed to be able to do it easily because of learning how to move energy in my body. Been doing it for 11 years, been charging money for 9.

I sort of specialize in psychological structure and motivation - so I'm really good at describing what is happening below the level of consciousness in a person, how they are processing things, and why they make the choices they do. Mostly I help people understand themselves, how they've created what they have in their life, and what needs to shift to get where they think they want to go. Another strength I have is putting non-verbal perceptions into words - although part of the challenge is putting it into words geared to what a particular client can understand.

I often tune-in to things in order to understand them or learn about them. This article I wrote is a good example of how I go about finding out about things I want to know.

I started doing some teaching last year, and that's been soo interesting. Partially because I haven't had many friends or people to energy-read things with or for me. Interesting to see when people will see the same things but word it differently or come at it from a different angle -- how their individuality affects what they can perceive.

So k: what does s1, s2, s3 mean? Aol - what does that stand for? I get the sense that you are supposed to declare things you think are getting in the way of seeing clearly?

The other thing that I want to know more about is why the format is the way it is - when I look at trv notes, I don't get a lot out of them. Why is drawing a part of it?

I'd love to just be walked through the process...

For me, an important component is having the physical sensation of being locked into the energy, but I don't get the sense that that is a part of trv. I get more of a feeling of just getting very mentally quiet. Wow, I think I just started energy reading Kevin trv'ing! lol hee hee hee. I can see why focusing on the sense categories is part of it -- that's the equivalent of what I just mentioned. So you don't go into your head. Things just break out of the ether.
