  • looking for gnostics not new agers about stereognosis question.

Cleve Backster's experiments, referring to the Baltimore sunday sun feb. 1973 "Do plants have feelings Too?" written by James lincoln collier.
Gives an interesting fore thoughts; towards my spiritual beliefs relating to plant life.
Cleve Backster's book Primary Perception page 64 states.
" If plants demonstrate primary perception though either a rudimentary nervous system or though pertubations of a sensitive bielectric field. This ability may characterize lower forms. Including the human species advances in the study of plants might lead to a greater understanding of elephath, clairvoance, precognition, and pschokinesis."

(My question, is relating to a possible function of the stereognosis pathway. Is it possible, that this pathway could be away to sense Biocommunications within plant life? Many ancient religions worship plant life; such as the cult of Demeter)
I do chanting; and meditations with plant life. I have notice a strong connection with trees . The strongest signal; that I can feel though my hands. Comes from the roots of the tree and the middle part of the tree.
Which many researchers have pointed out that these areas are more sensitive part of the plant. (Dr. Monica Gagliano has report; that the roots of plants signal each other in a form of "tek" noises.)
When I attempt to make contact with a tree. I have to claim my central nervous system; direct it towards my cerebellum, hypothalamus/brain stem; and away from my fore-brain.
Which in areas raises my norepinephrine levels. I have to change my motor pathways towards my stereognosis pathways. Then I can feel the energy of trees.( It feels kind of like static fuss on a TV screen but much weaker.) The feeling, comes mostly in the roots of the plant. This isn't a magical statement; but I believe, it is an old human skill that is no longer taught.
( I have been researching and communicating with a range of different groups.)
I am working, on this topic as a hobby; I am also working on a drought concept; that is relating to improve traditional organic techniques in the agriculture field; Developing root structures / balancing homeostasis of the organism of plants/crops after a drought. ( I am looking for a response from someone that may have more information. Maybe the possible chance to develop my concept into a theory. Naming some of the main researcher work; that I have collected: jagadis c Bose, Cleve Backster, Alexander Badawy and range of other books and papers.)
