How to identify which PATHS Modules are good for you to use, Plus have some fun!

This may be elementary to some of you. It is something I discovered last week that I have since tested on a few individuals.

    The fundamental principle is:

When the conscious mind has a belief that is in conflict with a subconscious belief, this intellectual conflict is observed in weakened body muscles.

Here is how to use it:
more fun with someone else, my experience has been that the arm-pull-down test is more accurate.

TestingNOW you can move on to testing relevant information, identifying any conflicts between the conscious and subconscious.

I have been having a lot of of fun with this
... plus, have had some real eye-openers about things that I was unaware of.

Here are a few examples: One final note-while I have not experienced this myself, I have read about situations where accurate reads are not obtained. Below is an explanation of this, and what can be done to rectify it.

    I love muscle testing!

Hello Kevin and everyone else who will read this thread!

I have been muscle testing for a while now and I just love it! It IS fun and I especially love showing others and seeing their faces of when they are getting their answers. It has become somewhat of an obsession of mine, like some freakish circus side show!

I am a huge supplement/food muscle tester and since I am frequently with my mom when purchasing items, we do the arm exercise you posted about.

However, I have been practicing on doing self muscle testing. I have found it does take more practice to get accurate results but I'm getting there!

Here are some to do self muscle testing, I mostly do #1 and #3. Try them out!

    Self Muscle Testing

Following are a few ways of performing self-muscle testing. You may need to practice to perfect the testing methods:

    1. CIRCLE AND PRESS

Make a circle with the thumb and ring finger of your non-dominant hand.
Insert the thumb and index fingers of the other hand into this circle from the bottom.
Hold light tension in the circle.
As you ask questions, press the fingers inserted into the circle outward.
Yes = the circle stays closed and holds the press fingers inside.
    No = the circle opens.

    2. CIRCLE AND POINT

Make a circle with the thumb and index finger of your non-dominant hand.
Insert the index finger of the other hand into the circle from either the top or bottom.
Hold light tension in the circle.
As you ask questions, pull the index finger through the circle.
Yes = the circle stays closed and holds the index pointer inside.
No = the circle allows the index pointer to pull out.

    3. FINGER RUBBING

Lightly touch the pads of the index finger and thumb of one hand together.
As you ask questions, lightly slide the pads across each other.
Yes = the pads slide very smoothly, there is no resistance.
No = the pads are sticky against each other, there is resistance.
This can also be done using both hands rubbed against each other.

    4. ONE HANDED

Place the pad of the middle finger of one hand on the top of the nail of the index finger on the same hand.
The index finger is straight with the middle finger bending to touch it.
As you ask questions, press down on the index finger with the middle finger.
Yes = the index finger stays straight.
No = the index finger bends downward.

    5. STANDING TILT TEST

    Stand up.
Relax your whole body particularly around the ankles
    Yes = tilt forward
    No = tilt backwards

      Psych-K

I was introduced to it through psych-k. Pysch-k.com I was under the impression he came up with the technique but could be wrong.

Viviana thank you so much for the variety in the self-testing techniques. I begun using a pendulum based on this theory, functions under the same principle. But when outside I felt to self-conscious to use the pendulum and I found myself running to a phone booth or anything with a resistance I could lift my arm on and try to test. Fell more comfortable with direct testing as opposed to pendulums etc. I have gotten pretty good, but you can imagine the superman complex I have developed.. I could only imagine what excuses I would have to come up with if caught.

This extends "reading" to other people as well. For example if I am not certain of someones intentions I will position my hand under the table and lift up to test.

Great info on the eyes rolling Kevin. Indeed I had found some false readings and could feel I was doing something wrong but I was not certain what, I kind of felt it. This happens especially when you do not want to hear the real answer...

I expect that this tool will eventually lead to a full recognition of answers without the motor response testing need, at least eventually. As always new things everyday...

Speaking of NLP btw, I have begun reading a book by Tad James on timeline theory. Really amazing method. He uses a clear technique in adjusting and accessing future and past. Amazingly effective and fast. It helps with past issues that manifest as negatives knows. In my brief attempt, it really helped. In most cases you actually get to see where they came from. I would expect a short session could rid us of 75% of old negative patterns.

So motor testing for mapping of negations, NLP for change, paths for boost, and smiling because this is a great life

        You're welcome Bluelq

        Hi Bluelq!

You're welcome on the self testing techniques! You made me laugh with that whole Superman complex. I never did something similar because I found it awkward and didn't trust the results. I agree with what you said about extending the "reading" but couldn't that be avoided by not stating the questions out loud?

The book by Tad James sounds very interesting! I'll have to check it out!

Hi, I do muscle testing quite a lot to get answers too. Sometimes I don't believe the answers as they don't seem right, but every time it has turned out to be right

From now on I will listen to it more!

Dehydration will do this as well. You will get better results if you are hydrated and not thirsty

              You're so right Alan!

Ooops, I neglected to mention in my original post the need to be hydrated while doing muscle testing!

Thanks for posting about it Alan!

                A question

This is very interesting... I want to study it more. I was raised using the pendelum, and have wanted to start using that again...

I have been working with a counselor for the last year and he has taught me to use another method to talk to my self consious. Whenever I get a headache or pain he has me talk to it through this method.

I write out a question with my dominant hand and then switch hands and then answer the question with my non-dominant hand. Your conscious mind asks the questions and your subconcious answers. What is cool about this method is that it gives you more of a detailed answer... In other words you can have a conversation with yourself. The pendelum was kind of yes, no, and I don't want to answer, and I don't know. It is cool to have the conversation and very interesting.... For instance you can ask you pain what is causing it? Or your sickness why it is there? How to change it or heal it? Those kinds of questions. I have not tried it with foods, but as I was writing I decided I need to start talking to my jaw and find out why it is completely out of whack and what it is going to take to get it back to whack. My intention is for a perfect jaw, just like it is supposed to be! This is very fun, but takes some practice to really get it down. When someone offends me I sit down and write out a question about how I feel and what I need to happen to correct the problem... Suddenly, I am able to pin point my feelings and have rational conversations with people in a way that allows me to calmly and assertively work out the problem, instead of burying my feelings.

Well just wanted to share with you this method of self awareness!

                Blessings zartgirl

                  Great Info

Great info on writing with dominant and vice versa hand. Could you elaborate a bit more on the technique, pitfalls, training etc? Can it for example become an avenue of the ego rather then the sub-conscious? Or should I say ego instead of id, superego or some form of self serving aspect? Funny in writing the above phrase I realized how hard it is to make that distinction. Time for some more exploring thought..

As for muscle testing here some websites, I did not read all of them yet, but thought I would share in advance.

The first one seems important because it prepares you for testing.

So far the opening the circle with the index finger seems to work best for me.

Another way to self muscle test!

                    Hello everyone!

I discovered yet another way to self muscle test!! It blew my mind when I tried it and have been having fun with it for the past couple of days! It is SO easy to do as well.

You simply ask your question and slide your index finger across your thumb nail. When you make a statement and it is true your finger pad slides easily across the thumbnail. When it is false it stops abruptly in the middle.

And stop abruptly it does! I have been so amazed, try it!
