Question.......from conversations in another thread, it is apparent to me I will need to start taking my amino acid suppliment very, very gradually, and build up a tolerance.
I have 60 days to see if I like my PATHS module. Since it will probably take weeks for me to build up to what I need nutritionally, is there any point in watching my module now? If I am on SOME E3AFA, will maybe a little bit of info get into my head, as I build up the suppliment?
I understand I might feel sleepy or foggy, but other than that, will my brain still process SOMETHING in the meantime?
I hate to waste time to evaluate the module.......

) and I STILL was receiving the benefits of my modules! The first time was several months AFTER I started with PATHS... But after a few weeks of not taking any AND being on about 18 modules
, I would begin to feel some of the mental fatigue so I knew I needed to get myself to the health food store in order to feel my optimum self again. It is different with everyone, but you are doing the right thing to begin again tomorrow with just a little bit and seeing how you feel!
