Also, does anyone get stuff brought up from the past with it? And if so, how do you deal with it?
For example, if you get feelings of anger and hate how do you process those? And when does it stop? When do you ever finally dig out all the old feelings and patterns? And is there anything you can do to speed it up and get it over with?!
I know people bang cushions and write letters and shout and all sorts of things but then they seem to feel better

My depression has lifted, I don't want to find the guy and kill him anymore, and my body is more my own. This has happened in one year!! And in finding my healing I can help others find theirs. I haven't tried the Trauma Free module yet because I haven't felt the need to, but the one that has helped me free the victim in me has been the Ho'oponopono module.
