A few questions popped into my mind while reading that and if anyone here's got some ideas please let me know:

1. So if the description in the text is true(3 types of consciousness), the conscious mind seems like a rambling fool. Who created this system with the rambling uncontrollable fool closest to our awareness and why would they put this "crazy-person" at the wheels?

2. If I got it right then we all have a personal subconscious filled with stuff, both positive and negative and then I assume the most effective way to get our lives on the track we want would be to have a clear view over our own subconscious so that we could change everything we don't like and keep the good info. Any idea how we can get that info out of our subconscious so that we could ask the kind PATHS-ppl to correct all the mess we've made in the past?

Oh, My Dear Keoi...

I am absolutely blown away by your essay... You have managed to brilliantly explain exactly what the PATHS technology does in the most concise and understandable way and this should be of great help for anyone who may not quite understand or believe the profound ramifications of the technology. Pammie is right on the money in her statement that you obviously so "get it"!

Just last night I was, once again, having a long talk with Jamie about our journey with PATHS and during these conversations, as you well know, we often find ourselves discussing where we have been and how PATHS has changed our lives in such a short time. Last night we were talking about how so many people spend YEARS working on their inner selves, trying to reprogram the old limited beliefs in order to be able to create the realities they so desire and it is no wonder that many people wind up feeling like they are banging their heads against a wall. Jamie and I were commenting on how just last year at this time we were both learning about LOA and reading as much spiritual literature we could get our hands on, but still, that stubborn mind "babbling" was preventing us from moving forward. But then we "synchronistically" found PATHS and suddenly everything changed dramatically! We were remembering that we went from feeling so depressed that that we wanted to stick ice-picks in our eyes and then, starting with the Mood Elevation module, that naughty depression poofed in no time at all! Both of us knew that after experiencing THAT kind transformation, we HAD to try more modules!!!

Throughout these past months, as many of us experience more of the modules and quickly enjoy the fabulous benefits, I have come to feel like I am on the most delicious ride of my life; one that I never want to get off of! The relationships we have developed, and continue to develop are so exquisitely loving and supportive and the sense of community here at ESM is precious! Grace and I have commented that we wish that we had PATHS available to us 10 years ago, but then we remember that "everything that happens, happens as it should". Still... for many of us, as much as we delight in introducing PATHS to others, explaining this remarkable technology is NOT easy and sometimes, attempting to do so can cause people to look at you as if you have two heads! You know they are thinking "Yeah, right." , so sometimes we end up NOT sharing this life-enhancing technology with people who need it the most! But YOU, Darling Keoi, have explained it BEAUTIFULLY!!! I do believe I will keep your PERFECT essay handy and in doing so, it will be much easier for ME to explain it and share it with others in the future!!!

Hi Danny,
I will try and answer your question to the best of my ability.
1. I believe it was us who put the fool behind the wheel This is the free will aspect of our minds. But, also remember that 99% of our REAL thinking capacity is done within the subconscious.Thankfully we weren't completely stupid with our free will... because we have the subconscious taking care of our bodies! I think if the conscious was in control of our body we might sometimes forget to breath
2. Well, with PATHS sending all of those thousand and thousands of good positive directive straight into our subconscious, all of the negative directives in there get drown out and begin to go away. Remember he who talks loudest and longest wins!
Once you have been on PATHS for a while you will see how all of this becomes easier and easier. Also, many of us after starting on PATHS became more interested in higher thoughts and started integrating other modalities into our everyday life. If you look here on the board you will see things like the Chinese Energetic Medicine thread, the ME (Matrix Energetics), Ho oponopono information and more. All of this I feel is a direct reflection of just how PATHS has moved us all into a place of higher consciousness where are three minds are really working in unison

1. Point taken(about the breathing asf)...not a 100% clear to me(the creation part) but maybe that's the way it'll have to be for now

2. About the loudmouth winning...as a singer I think I know what you mean and I guess I'll just have to stick with it for a while and see what happens and hopefully my subconscious will be cleaned out

I think our conscious minds actually work quite well in general.

I mean we manage to cross the street and not get killed most often and that list of things we do right every day goes on and on.

That does not mean that we can't improve though!

You did say anyone had some ideas they could weigh in, did you not?

Though I understand Keoi's writing style as both very informative and entertaining (Thanks Keoi!) and I do not have the expertise in PATHS RDT that others may have, I do believe the conscious mind is a most perfect and excellent piece of the system that is the projection of Source Consciousness that is 'us'.

To me, there is no right or wrong way for any person to think or unfold their incarnate life situations. In my world, there is no place to 'go', no 'point' nor 'goal' in mind but to simply BE god-experienced. Part of experiencing what God is, what WE are, there being no separation between us, is to engage in LIFE, thrilling at all experiences, regardless of our judgement of them. This would include strolling along in certain life situations to all of a sudden come upon an amazing transformational tool like PATHS. It is not an end-all be-all but rather an experiential event of great Joy and Purpose insofar as it serves the Intention of Source to experience that! One powerful tool amongst many that Intention is using to experience Self through, at this particular reference frame of All that IS. That is because as Keoi so clearly showed, there is no Time nor Space in the Matrix. These are useful illusions in our plane of awareness in order to help us forget knowing Who We Really Are that we may then move to experiencing Who We Really Are! This is Beyond Genius!!!

It is our CONSCIOUS awareness that can EXPERIENCE! Without this, we would be aware of only the realm of Spirit,(which may be beyond the Matrix, that part I am still opening up to percieving lol) where All things manifest instantly, All is already known, and there is nothing to compare the One Self with or a frame of reference to view Self. Self being 'God' in this context. So, far from being a bumbling fool, the Conscious mind is a most perfect piece of the puzzle to the phenomenal 'game' if you will, of discovering from an experiential viewpoint, of Who We (the One) Really Are! The Conscious mind is a great part of the leading edge of an expanding Universe!

Danny, I love your conclusions on a lot of this stuff!

Additionally, I like to think of the things stored and acted upon in the background, in the subconscious as akin to software programs. (Useful metaphor) Thus, we might conclude that they have been initially programmed, that they are running along until something stops or changes them, and that they are in fact changeable with the right reprogramming.

In answer to how to do such reprogramming, it has been my observation that integration of the three minds is critical (as Keoi also ably explained - thanks again K!), thus being one of the three, the conscious mind is oh so important and useful! It is part of a perfect WHOLE!!! This leads me to one of the most powerful shifts we can enact (in conjunction with PATHS) being our internal dialogue from, you guessed it, our conscious mind. That which we can at one point view as the 'incessant noise within' can also become the beautiful song that reflects our greatest Joyfulness of Life Eternal. The things we think, say, and do reflect previous programming, strengthen or weaken such programming, and can totally alter it outright - either deletion or addition. The conscious and subconscious influence each other back and forth.

For me, remembering to accept all things just as they are, as being OK, with no point of resistance to what IS, has been quite profound. Yes, I have preferences but this is far different from judgements which lead once again to resistance and in effect saying to 'God' that there are things that are just not right in the Universe and must be changed. (The ol' Let Go and Let God idea) With letting that which already Exists just Be and Be OK, yet still with my own preferences, I am now in a much more receptive condition to affect the programming in the subconscious mind, ya dig? I believe this is what all the information is about, regarding how our thinking can assist the instructions that PATHS is sending out to both our subconscious and the Collective Mind.

Thus, from this perspective, there is no negative or positive, there is no
life that is not on track, no good or bad, no 'mess' of anyone's life situations. There is only what you most passionately would prefer to experience Now in life, and to go for that! Personally, I find consciousness technologies including PATHS and all of you Wonders on this board a most excellent passion to pursue and interact with!

If I said I got half of what you wrote I'd probably be telling something quite close to the truth...and If I fully got what you wrote I also would probably view the conscious mind as perfect...but I don't...yet

Maybe it's my control-thirsting part that has a hard time accepting that my mind blabbers not only on my command and the instruction manual wasn't provided bedside when I was born explaining all this in easy steps:

1. Say hokus pokus.

2. The subconscious opens.

3. State what you want.

4. Say hokus pokus.

5. The subconscious closes and goes to work on the new commands and all I've intentionally put in earlier(and of course all bodily functions are programmed at birth).

Also on my c: disk a file called mycommands.doc where I can edit, delete and add stuff as I go along would be handy(the hokuspokus-function is only needed when I don't have my cpu around)...

If the purpose of life(yes, I know "No set purpose") is Joy(think Abe has uttered that) then I think the human set-up is badly assembled cause most ppl don't live lives of pure bliss...if we did none of us would go to therapists(if they weren't really good looking and charming maybe ), or need PATHS or Abe or EFT asf...there should be easier ways of telling someone their focus is in the wrong place than giving them a disease and not telling them clearly how to get out of it...

I see amazing potential latent in all of us and I get a bit frustrated when ppl including me don't get to experience their full potential...

I also agree with Abe when they say "Something negative is something not wanted" so in that sense I see "negative" existing...

I'm a green bean in these circles so please forgive my ignorance and I'm happy and grateful that ppl here take their "time" and effort and try to explain these things to me...I'm not there yet but it's getting clearer every day

You explained PATHS in such a way that I actually think that I could explain it again to someone else .

I love your clarity! And The "Inner Twin" is a brilliant way of describing that part of us that has already "Become" all that we have desired!

Imo you can not discount the importance of SURVIVAL in order to experience joy.

So I think that is how the priority goes.

I'm a glass 1/2 full type of person (you might have picked that up).

You can be as down on the conscious mind and its limitations as you want, but I prefer to look at all that it does for us instead.

You say you hoped to do more in life than cross the street safely. Point taken, but I hope you realize how much more goes on each day than just that.

One stretch of any freeway should illustrated just how well our conscious minds operate. Rarely do people crash despite infinitely abudant (too many to count) opportunities to do so.

We are able to accurately judge time so as to not miss appointments by hours, days, weeks, etc.

We do not eat poisonous stuff even when we are hungry. We manage to remember for example that bleach is poison every opportunity we get to drink the stuff. Not 15 days out of a year, not 6 months out of a year, but every time.

These are mere drops in the ocean of all the ways our conscious minds help us every day, day after day. Not just once in a while but all the time.

I see the big picture as human evolution from anamalistic beings consumed with survival issues to spiritual beings shaping our realities.
