and I experienced it personally. The junk food do not have bad effect
on body if you are regular in your cardio exercises.
    Get the point.

I have not had any advanced tests done so, I'm probably dead inside...but for argument sake.

I'm in seemingly great health. My doctor says I'm superman.

      I'm 42 yrs old, 6'2" and 195lbs.
      I'm a smoker. 20+ yrs
I, do and have lived predominantly on fast food or sandwiches. Nothing decidedly "healthy". For all my adult life.
(I did grow up on home cooked meals)
I smoke a recreational, judicially challenged, controlled controlled substance daily....20+yrs
My personal liquid intake consists of at least 90%mtn dew 10%coffee and other.

I only usually eat one complete meal a day,(sometimes a big one, sometimes not) snacking freely but not excessively throughout.

      Whats that mean?

By all common logic I should be a fat rotten tooth near dead diabetic waste.

      Cheers
