I did, and I wanted to say thank you.

But I'll need to wait till next year during allergy season till I get an asthma flare up again.

and I suppose I could also mention that through the past two years the allergies have been getting less cus I've been detoxing my body through cleanses and fasting. So honestly next season I may have detoxed my body enough that I won't have any flare ups.
