I don't think their plans (tptb) coincide with their masters plans, whoever/whatever those are, they are played to play us into extermination, the only reason i can think of is that the real puppet master do not hold real power that can employ against humanity for whatever reason, maybe resources are not enough, maybe tech is not far developed, maybe they have serious opposition, maybe these are their orders, so they need to rally tptb into convincing humanity to commit suicide.

happened to me as well, a few times, never put much thought into it but i found it very strange. Pretty much as described in the video, thought and good feelings out of nowere about doing it. They use lots of subliminal messaging in all video materials (TV/net), but i wouldn't be surprised if they use "radio" tech to broadcast stuff like this.
