A rep called back asking what city they lived in and my friend answered, ... "i reserve the right to remain silent on that question"...my friend told them " i believe that flu virus vaccines are medical quackery and that the designers of the vaccines are purposely infecting others to rake in profits.. please tell me about the unsafe levels of Mercury in the vaccine?"

...Perhaps the question should be, how can it be a lawful state of emergency if it was never publicly declared?

You can't have a "secret" state of emergency, can you? Or can they? They want their cake and eat it too: With no announcement, they quietly take over all health related issues. No questions, no recourse. No chance for dissent to even grow, since only a few even know about it.

That was an extremely illuminating statement that is going to go viral on the web soon i think, once people read that for themselves.

That letter is so sick, so disgusting.. It is very disturbing to me. They are outlawing the advertising of natural remedies... Because a fake national emergency exists that was never made public.

They are saying that THEY can put poisons in our vaccines, force us to take them...

But no one is allowed to sell perfectly safe herbal remedies to counter them.

These herbal items usually ARE NOT covered by their rules... This phony emergency is the tool to make them covered (among other things, like allow for forced vaccinations).

Hmm, everyone must make these choices for themselves.. But it seems to me the best thing for these herbal sites to do would be to ignore it, and dare them to take them to court. I DO NOT THINK THIS COULD BE PROSECUTED. It would mean they would have to publicly declare this emergency....

AND THERE IS NO REASON FOR AN EMERGENCY. This would become very apparent quickly if it reached public awareness. Even the MSM would have to question this "emergency" if it was well-known... Its too obviously contrived. Plus, this could just be a stinking LIE. There may NOT really be a state of emergency (lol at least once it became well known anyway.. it could be called a "mistake")

The marketing and sale of unapproved or uncleared H1N1 Flu Virus-related products that are not authorized by and used in accordance with the conditions of an Emergency Use Authorization, is a potentially significant threat to the public health. Therefore, FDA is taking urgent measures to protect consumers from products that, without approval or authorization by FDA, claim to diagnose, mitigate, prevent, treat or cure H1N1 Flu Virus in people.

The first point above should be applied to the vaccines. There are no human trial showing the safety of any of their poison.

I read the whole thing once and it does say you do not have to be told.

When was The Lieber Code of 1863 repeal? .. it wasn't.
What was it, 3 years after the war had ended, 10-12 states
congresses were taken over by the military force because they
would not vote for AMENDMENT 14.
Those states congresses were replaced with folk that would vote YES for AMENDMENT 14 adopted on July 9, 1868.
This happened after those states had previously voting for AMENDMENT 13 adopted on December 6, 1865.
Civil war began on April 12, 1861 and ended on April 9, 1865.
Does this sound like the Lieber Code of 1863 was repealed?

WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama has signed a proclamation declaring swine flu a national emergency, the White House said Saturday.
"In keeping with the administration's proactive approach to H1N1 Flu, President Obama last night signed a proclamation declaring 2009-H1N1 Influenza a national emergency," it said in a statement. "The proclamation enhances the ability of our nation's medical treatment facilities to handle a surge in H1N1 patients by allowing, as needed, the waiver of certain standard federal requirements on a case-by-case basis."

Officials described the move as similar to a declaration ahead of a hurricane making landfall.

On Friday, federal [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]health[/color][/color] shots for October; most usually aren't given until later in the fall.

Part of it is due to supply: There are already 85 million doses of seasonal flu vaccine available, a much larger amount than usual for this early in the fall. Most years, roughly 100 million doses are used during the season.
But a big factor probably is that swine flu is drawing attention to public health warnings that seasonal flu is also a deadly illness that can be prevented through vaccinations, said Joe Quimby, a spokesman for the [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention[/color].

"There's been a heightened awareness in the American public due to H1N1 this year," said Quimby.

More widespread than ever

Swine flu is also more widespread now than it's ever been, and has resulted in more than 1,000 U.S. deaths so far.

Flu illnesses are as widespread now as they are at the winter peak of normal flu seasons, CDC Director Dr. Thomas Frieden told reporters Friday. "To be basically in the peak of flu season in October is extremely unusual," he said.

"We expect that influenza will occur in waves and we can't predict how high, how far or how long the wave will go or when the next will come," he added.

"Many millions" of Americans have had swine flu so far, according to an estimate he gave at a Friday press conference. The government doesn't test everyone to confirm swine flu so it doesn't have an exact count.
Frieden updated some other estimates, too, saying there have been more than 20,000 hospitalizations.

Nearly 100 swine flu deaths in children have been reported, CDC officials also said.

Forty-six states now have widespread flu activity. The only states without widespread flu are Connecticut, Hawaii, New Jersey and South Carolina. There are at least two different types of flu causing illnesses; tests from about 5,000 patients suggest that nearly all the flu cases are swine flu.

'Frustrating' production delays

This year's seasonal flu vaccine won't protect against swine flu; a separate swine flu vaccine is needed. Vaccine production takes several months, and the work on seasonal vaccine was already well under way when swine flu was first identified in April. It was too late for the swine flu virus to be included in the seasonal doses.

Because of swine flu vaccine production delays, the government has backed off initial, optimistic estimates that as many as 120 million vaccine doses would be available by mid-October. As of Wednesday, only 11 million doses had been shipped to health departments, [COLOR=darkgreen ! important]doctor's[/color] offices and other providers across the country, CDC officials said.

"It's frustrating to all of us. We wish there were more vaccine available," Frieden said.

The flu virus has to be grown in chicken eggs, and the yield hasn't been as high as was initially hoped, CDC officials explained. "Even if you yell at them, they don't grow faster," Frieden said.

He added that 5 million new doses became available in the past week, and vaccine should be more plentiful soon.

Much of the vaccine currently available is a nasal spray from AstraZeneca's unit MedImmune.

The Obama administration has ordered vaccine from five manufacturers: Sanofi-Aventis SA, CSL Ltd, Novartis AG, GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca's MedImmune.

Also Friday, the World Health Organization reported more than 414,000 laboratory confirmed cases of H1N1 worldwide, with nearly 5,000 deaths.
But the Geneva-based health agency noted that the figures were only the tip of the iceberg.

"As many countries have stopped counting individual cases, particularly of milder illness, the case count is significantly lower than the actual number of cases that have occurred," WHO said.

h1n1 vaccine here in town

Friend at a local hospital - despite the warnings - took the H1N1 vaccine (by injection) and has been out of work for 3 days now sicker than she has ever been. I just hope she doesn't have any long term disability from it!!!

The vaccines have made it to my town in small numbers...couple thousand people so far I believe.

On one news report, I saw the report at some Veterans Memorial Center or something that some people were lined up to get the free vaccine. A police officer and reporter were out front. They kept talking about the line was going out around past the corner of the block but the camera shot I saw were that it was barely longer than the end of the building! lol

They kept talking (both police and reporter) about getting down as soon as possible to prevent from waiting too long. This was 100% completely manufactured. The line was actually very, very small at the time of the report and they could NOT show any line longer than a few dozen people. I know manufactured news has become quite the standard instead of the exception anymore but this is ridiculous.

I don't know how many wound up having the vaccine over the course of that day, probably quite a few more people but the story about how long the line is was completely FAKE.
