Grace, as you suspect, a few days ago I started the hormone therapy to give myself a much-needed respite from the bleeding and other annoyances during this busy festive season. However, the good news is that it is only a 10-day course (gyno is rightfully cautious about side-effects) and I need not continue after the intial ten days are up, if I don't want to. And you can just bet that I don't want to!

After starting, at first I felt rotten, because of side-effects. Then yesterday (I guess after you began to work on me) I felt a bit better. And today - I feel GREAT! Please continue whatever you are doing. I will continue the HT until this coming weekend (busy week ahead), and then I will STOP FOR GOOD!

Grace, earlier this year when we spoke on Skype you mentioned that my gyno problems are largely caused by a fear of intimacy. I acknowledge this, and I want you to know that I totally take responsibility for this issue, and that in the past few months I have been making great progress and taking great strides, letting people into my life and my heart in ways that I'd never imagined possible. I know I have a ways to go, but I'm working on it as hard as I can! And I'm having a wonderful time in the process.

Rin, if you must use HRT there is Bioidentical Hormone Repacement therapy. It is all natural and acts just like what your body produces and will have better effects! You won't have the side effects you are having and the benefits will be much better. Suzanne Sommers is a big advocate for the natural hormone replacement. You can get it through a lot of doctors who practice both western and eastern medicines... They typically call themselves anti aging doctors. I was going to try them, but decided to try it the paths way, although I have not tried that particular module yet. I am finding my body naturally balancing out on its own, but will still do the paths module when I get a second account for myself. If you want more information you can go to suzanne somers website and get it. In the top row of buttons on the post you will see the font, font size, font colour, a happy face for emoticans, and then a paper clip... Click on the paper clip... a pop up box will pop up with a browse button. You will find your images and then click on upload. Now close the pop up and go back to happy face and click on the pull down arrow and you will find your images listed there click on them and the image itself will not show, but the code will. When you post the images will be in your post with an ability to click on and get bigger images!

How to overcome exhaustion/lack of energy?

Dear Grace,

As You know I work in the week-ends (and on holidays) as a nurse in our children’s hospital.
From Monday till Friday I am busy with my training to become a MD. So there is no much time for relaxation or to recover from work.
When I had a full time job as a nurse I was often so exhausted after my shifts that I could not enjoy my spare time and often lay down on bed to recover and prepare myself for the next shifts.
I had this weekend three very busy shifts; working with very sick children with cancer who (and their parents) need a lot of care and attention. I was so exhausted when I became home that I felt sick of being so tired. I could not sleep while my head was spinning round (and in my dreams I was still busy as a nurse). In my body I feel than al kind of unpleasant sensations as if negative energy is trapped within my energy field and my body. Those feelings and sensations of being exhausted, tensed and stressed are unfortunately very familiar for me. Maybe it is caused by all the negative feelings in my environment I try to transform on a subconscious/spiritual level but I think there are also other causes that makes me so exhausted and feeling so strange in my head and body. I know there are feelings of failure or anxiety not to make mistakes or giving not the proper or afraid to receive criticism by doing the job not good enough or wanting to do everything perfect and give everybody the care and attention they need within too less time and possibilities.
If anything endangers my training to become a MD is this exhaustion which makes that I can not think clear, have difficulties with memorization and comprehension of the medical knowledge, not have the enthusiasm to learn or study or have the energy and motivation to succeed with my training and education to become a MD. OK the money issue can also endanger to become a MD but I think the exhaustion, lack of energy and not able to fully recover after a busy day brings my training and education to become a MD in serious danger. So I need to find a solution for this problem. I know Grace You already started to work on my health situation and hope to receive help for this major problem too.

Grace and everybody, please help me with my hormone balance issues. I am pre-menopausal, and experiencing some discomfort with irregular bleeding, pain, etc. I have been on the Change of Life module for several months, and can report some slow and steady physical improvement as a result (and the improvement in my mood swings is nothing short of miraculous, thanks to wonderful PATHS!).

Now the gyno would like me to try some kind of hormone therapy, but I desperately do not want to do this!

Issues: irregular (intermenstrual) bleeding, menstrual pain, insomnia often caused by night sweats.

I am at a very exciting time in my life, largely thanks to PATHS. My social life is blossoming, my dance card is filling up rapidly. It hardly seems fair that I am being hampered by these annoying problems, just as everything else is going so right for me.

If you can give me another week, before you begin the hormone therapy, I believe that you will not need it! I know that I am committing to a lot here, but yet I feel certain that with the corrections I am very close (I am 95% there)!!

I also feel like you, if you can avoid such therapy it would be better. BUT, at times we must use whatever channel is available for healing. If your Doctor doesn't want you to wait, then let me know and I will work around the hormone therapy.

You deserve to HAVE IT ALL!! Please keep me posted!!

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to give an update about me and my son Chase. He had a very high fever last night for about 2 hours, but was fine this morning. He has a bit of a runny nose, but our coughs are gone...Finally. I think Daycare emotionally wipes him out. I would love to be able to learn how to make corrections on him to get him back to 'ground zero' on a daily basis.

Reading the previous thread, Chase has the same issue with not sleeping through the night. I always felt that 'something' was messing with him in his sleep. I will look into this more.

I went looking at Pendulums in a 'New Realities' store in the mall. Does it matter which pendulum you get?

I feel like a sponge when I read all the threads here. I get really excited. I want to work on manifesting abundance so I can get out of my 9-5 job and start going to seminars and learning all this information to help as many people that will allow me to help them.

I've been sharing info with my husband, who is very open to listening but may not necessarily be a 100% believer. I'm working on him. We are going through DNA activation together which consists of an Auric Clearing, Karmic Session, and J-seal removal and 2 Sessions of DNA activation.

Just sharing some info. I may not post often, but I'm reading it every day and learning things that I have always wanted to.

I have been working on Chase. I normally don't mention things of this nature, it is more than people can handle. Yet I have told you before that Chase is a special child, a true Indigo baby. He is a powerful healer, but he has not become aware of how to handle this powerful energy. It is important that you inspire and demonstrate to him, by your own self-awareness and learnings of how to live in this world with this power.

Do not fear anything for Chase, he has chosen all of his experiences and is handling them just fine. What has happened since he was born is that he has had people "steal" his healing energy (for lack of a better description). Chase will learn soon enough that he can replenish more than enough and heal without depleting his sources. What Chase needs is to become more aware of his thoughts feelings and emotions yet this is difficult at this time because of his young age. All will become clear as he grows.

Marnyka, You are here now learning about all of this, You will be a great role model for Chase. I also test that Chase's Father will teach him about his greatness effortlessly too. We will talk soon on skype, so I will be able to explain further how perfect all is for you and your family.

I have worked on his sleep issues, and will do more tonight.

I do not use pendulum's and I don't own one, but for you I test that any pendulum you like will do. when you get on the CEM conference call you will learn how to test, and it is the same as using a pendulum.

Oh Grace and everyone!!!

Oh this is just so exciting! Oh this day has been exciting! I just got a call from my sister, Joey's Mom! She and his step dad both work in the traditional western medical field and do not understand any of this stuff, so I just tell her many people are praying for Joey, and she is thrilled! So back to the phone call... Joey is actually at his wife's house (they are separated cause he kicked her out, so she would not see him this way), and is recovering! Much to the shock of the doctors and nurses at the hospital a man from the Vets offices up in OR. 4 hours away, drove all the way down to look at Joey today before he went home from the hospital! This is some serious manifestation, because the Vetrans Admin is like hard to even get a live person on the phone, let alone a person to drive to your doorstep! They have now moved him to the top of the list for the Psych ward up in Roseburg OR! Here he will learn to deal with his issues and be able to live a normal life! After he gets done up there I think I will work on getting him on Paths! Hehehe! When you said he tested as being 50% Through this... I thought so true! How exciting! He has agreed to go to Roseburg and get treatment too! The guy from the Vets Admin. said if he don't come up there on his own, he will personally drive back down and get him himself! LOL! Joey has a very tough exterior, but very wounded on the inside, and probably not just from the war... Joey was Iza's age when my sis left his dad, and like Iza Joey did not talk to his dad for a very long time! Kathy left his dad for the same reason's I left! Iza will come through this much better though, cause I will be there by her side making adjustments and teaching her how to create her own life the way she wants it to look!

Okay new subject! I tell you I believe I can manifest anything I want to at this point! Okay this last July I decided to chop off my tush length hair! Hehe! I know some of you are saying WHY? Well I have three times the amount of hair of a normal person, and with that came headaches! Well since then I have learned that I could have gotten rid of the headaches with energy rather than chopping off all of my hair! But in the meantime I have found short hair so easy to care for! Well it has grown out considerably from then, and so I decided a few days ago I wanted it cut short short again... This morning my Mom calls me and tells me that she is giving me enough money to get both my hair cut and my daughters cut! For those of you who love long hair and are almost in tears that I would cut it all off... Don't worry, it is one and a half years to my waist! That is why I typically wear it long, and yes on several occasions I have sent it in to Locks of Love to be made a wig out of! So someday in the future you might actually see me with long hair again! LOL! The real point of this is, that I just manifest whatever I need or want these days!

For Alan, Sandra, Zain and Kai!!

Hello everyone,

Thank you to everyone who has been practising on Zain.

Last night he had the best sleep ever with almost 13 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

For reference the things that have helped the most are
1) Feeding him as much as possible as late as possible before sleeping. A lot of the time he was waking up hungry. This was difficult early on as he was such a picky eater and very stubborn about not eating. The last few months, he has been eating more and this has been easier to correlate.
2) A light was left on accidentally and we noticed he slept better and by experimenting we found out that a light of some sort helps him sleep through the night.
3) Sandra had a session with Dr Hector for ME and he discovered there were connected bodies involved with Zain, and once we started correcting for those, that also brought about an improvement.
4) From the night light experience, a few nights ago, I started correcting Zain and his connected bodies for melatonin balance using ME and CEM.

After doing step 4, Zain slept through last night and 2 nights ago, but not one night ago. Hopefully by correcting his melatonin balance every night, he will sleep through the night, every night soon.

Also mixed in with this is we have just flown to Taiwan on the 13th with different timezone, food, surroundings and routine.
