I will make corrections for attracting the perfect people for your business. This will involve letting go of those that are not serving you. It would be best to go ahead and ask your employees to follow the procedures you are setting forth, whether they are agreeable or not is unimportant. Do not fear the loss of anything. You are creating this simply from a place of fear of loss. It is challenging as a business owner to have to handle EVERYTHING! When employees leave abruptly it is always challenging at best. Yet this will open the door for what you truly desire to come in. The difficulties are always temporary. Your Peace of mind though is everlasting. Grace is right in what she's saying. I feel that with you being the captain of your ship there at the salon, you will see an ebb and flow with business and staff. Those dips in the waves, you'll take when letting go those who don't quite jive with your mission is okay!!
Its still your ship and you'll help them out by letting them work somewhere else that fits them better! (they can rock the boat somewhere else)

Yes, it will be a challenge for you, but get ready to ride the big waves as they come along and you'll have a better crew to handle it! You are clearing and cleaning for what you really want. Speaking of that, do you have written down, what your ideal employee would be like?? Take 5 min. and check that out If you're up for it. With that and Grace doing corrections, I think you are all set.

Party at my house! LOL!

Tomorrow is Moving day for the kids and I!

We got our house, and as of 3:30 pm this afternoon it passed inspection allowing us to move into it tomorrow!!!! I am sooo psyched, excited and just bouncing off the walls!

It is a perfect little 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home in good condition (well it has to be to pass inspection for HUD). I was sitting on pins and needles all week waiting for the second inspection to happen. That one had to pass by 5:30pm tonight for me to be able to move in. It was soooo awesome as I could just feel the energy in that place as the inspector was going through it... At one point he went out to his car and got a 9volt battery to put into one of the smoke detectors to help it pass. Then a clogged drain started to drain! It was a slow drain and the plumber was still coming to work on it, but it was draining just fast enough for the inspector to let it pass. It was amazing!!!! Beyond amazing!!!!

Hey there. First of all, CONGRATULATIONS to Sally Jane for your new house!!! How exciting for you. You have come so far on your journey with so much more exciting things yet to come for you!!!

As for me, I'm hoping for corrections still on my staffing issue. One of my negative employees is being much better (thank you!!!), but a second one is just not getting the world of ethics. She's great if you point stuff out to her, but leave her alone and she'll do nothing all day if it's not busy. I want to keep her, however, because she is excellent when she's "on". What I really want though is a response to our employment ads for some leeway. We've had ads in for a month now and not a single response!!! Can I have some corrections on that, please??? I fiind it quite odd as when we first were opening I was so worried about that part and we had great response, now I was not worried and we've had none!!

I also wanted to pass on a couple of new books I'm reading and really enjoying by John Randolph Price called The Abundance Book and Superbeings. Anyone read them? Ohhh, I could spend all day reading if I could!!! LOL

What an awesome life! Well I am in my new home and it is coming together so nice! I absolutely love it!!!

I also got a new (to me) car this weekend! It is so totally awesome, and cute and fun! It is a Grand Am... Two door little sporty car! Most importantly the transmission is not going out on it, and it has all its paint, and it runs awesomely! Everything is totally awesome!

There is just one area I would like some adjustment in, and that is with my work. Somehow they have me down as available anytime, and I am only really available on a long term basis for a day shift 9am to 6pm. I told the Head of HR when he hired me I was a single mom and could not work nights (I would be able to do it through training but not long term). Well now they are saying I am available anytime for any schedule, and that my preferred schedule is a wish list! As I explained to my Team Manager it is not a wish list! I made it clear at time of hire I could not work nights, and as it is my mom had to come stay with me till I get on day shift after training. My training was supposed to be from 6am till 2pm and they changed me to nights on that too... Well, my TM has promised to get it worked out and she is completely aware that this is an issue I would quit over! They have already spent several thousand dollars on me in training, so I am just trusting that all will work out perfectly for me!

How to "relax"?

I have a question about how to "relax". I'm hearing that message repeatedly in my thoughts so I know I need to listen. I have this feeling that this is my pivotal point, if you will, and once I cross this bridge I'll be at a whole new level of understanding and power. I know it's to essentially mean "let go and let God" but I just am not getting the how. On the one hand it seems just to literally relax, not let things get to you, etc., which of course makes perfect sense, but then I'm not seeing how to apply that to the "real" world of needing to get things done. I guess it goes with the question of believing "as if" yet still somehow make your way through this physical world without getting caught up in it. Anyone have some insight to this? It's like my staffing issues... in trying to "relax" I turn into a pushover...thinking, "it will all work out", meanwhile I still have negative Nancy not doing her job! LOL

So, I would love hear someone else's take on how to relax and let go.

Yes I am able to test if placing another ad is weak or strong. It tested weak, so it is best to wait a bit before you put another advertisement in the paper. What does test strong is a nice sign in your store front window concerning hiring new stylists. This also tests strong for keeping your other stylists on their toes!

EXCELLENT QUESTION! Being relaxed and letting go, is another way of expressing what BEING AT PEACE is all about. Because we live in this dualistic world (with the Mind/ego forever compartmentalizing everything into yin/yang, strong/weak, good/bad, love/hate etc) you first have to understand that all of this is an illusion. There is nothing but ESSENCE/GOD/INFINITE POTENTIAL.

Now knowing this and experiencing this are two different things, and what your great question is about! Once you realize/experience and hence know the truth, that EVERYTHING is working to your ultimate benefit and favor, then you will automatically begin (and it gets better and better with each passing moment) to relax, let go of the ego/mind chatter and BE AT PEACE.

Muscle testing (Kinesiology) is powerful in that it allows you to tap into your true essence without the immediate judgmental nature of the ego/mind. In other words instead of worrying about which choice to make you muscle test for which choice will bring strength (the truth) or weakness (not the truth)

With Chinese Energetic Medicine,(Paths, ME, Theta, etc) you can then make corrections for what you discover is making you weak, and also make corrections to strengthen what is already strong. (Bringing Forth even more light)

Relaxing into the flow and letting go, is also about having great faith in your powerful true nature. KNOW who you truly are and nothing can shake you. Once you experience your true power; you also at once experience Peace.

Experiencing your true power is simple. Just be aware of your creations. Know that everything you see in the outer world was created by you. Do this with no judgment. Then begin to be aware (focus with gratitude for your power) of what you desire that has already been created. Notice what you like not what you don't like. Be aware of the fact that YOU created what you liked. Now simply focus on that and nothing else. The minute you find yourself focused on something you don't like, choose again.

The more you practice this the easier it will be to notice(be aware) of how powerful you are. This will help you to grow in faith of your immense power, and to also realize that all is PERFECT and hence feel nothing but Love, Gratitude, and Peace!

Help with Mom...

Grace, I need some help with my mom!

My mom has come to stay with me and help me with my kids. She is driving me up the wall! First of all she is very negative about everything... and her attitude is really starting to wear on me! I was about ready to quit my job today just to get rid of her !

Second, is just carrying over from our relationship from all my life... I don't know how to describe it..... she is bringing out some old ugly stuff in me! I am trying to process it and process it, but then the negativity and everything flies up in my face and I don't know what happens but next thing I know I am yelling at her and my kids and that is not like me! I need some special patients with my my mom for the next 3 weeks till I get done with transition.
