The People v. The 'Corporate' Government of the UNITED STATES
Washington, D.C. -- A potential landmark case is set for initial hearing on Nov. 6, 2009 in
the Superior Court of the District of Columbia before Judge Brian F. Holeman, in
Courtroom A-49, 515 5th Street NW, WASHINGTON, DC 20001.
The case, DALE, RODNEY Vs. UNITED STATES, Case # 2009 CA 005391 B, challenges
the status of the assumed and presumed 'governmental' nature of the Federal Government.
Mr. Rodney-Dale; Class of High Shoals, NC has filed a pro se action against U.S. Attorney
General, Eric Holder, et al., in his/their 'corporate' capacity(ies). The charges have, as yet,
gone beyond the allowed time for response, and the named Defendant(s) are all in default.
Mr. Class (and Co-Plaintiff, Mr. Carl Weston of Oklahoma) is/are serving as Private Attorneys
General under seals of both North Carolina and Oklahoma. Both will be in attendance. In
addition, their PAG status is recognized by the House Judiciary Committee under the
leadership of Rep. John Conyers, Jr. (D - MI).
This case is the first of four, so far, that have been filed into the Superior Court of the
District of Columbia by the AIB Group on behalf of the American people.
Interested American nationals are encouraged to attend the proceedings on Nov. 6 for a
first-hand look at the justice system of these 50 states. In addition, any Public Notaries are
also encouraged to attend and to record the proceedings via video for distribution to other
interested Americans. Although the proceedings are scheduled for 9:30am, they may actually
occur later in the day, so be prepared for a full day. Business attire is recommended.
In view of the current default status of the Defendant(s), the proceedings may take on a
different agenda than the normal initial hearing expected.
