Hello to ya all! This is my first post, so don't be hard on me! 
Haven't posted yet, because I'm still reading and reading, there is so much info, thanks for that, guys. Nevertheless yesterday I watched a film (or filmed presentation, if we want to be precise) called "Tesla's Secret and the Soviet Tesla Weapons" [year 1988 by Tom Bearden].
This isn't directly related to any particular energy stuff, but it is closly connected with one of the first free-energy inventors - Nikola Tesla - and his "lost" fidings in physics. There is something about Tesla theory about EM waves nature and existance of scalar waves. Won't go in details, if you are interested, find the film in i-net.
But so, there are my questions, that came in my mind after watching it:
1) Is there anyone, who has seen it? And if yes, what are your thoughts about it?
2) Is there anyone, who has tried to create scalar waves or even think about them theoretically?

Haven't done extensive search in i-net for more info, quite possible, that there are more info that can be found. Maybe for someone this theory could help understand theoretical background of some free-energy devices.

which he said had happened in a previous workshop at the same point... when he reached the topic of Scalar waves...hmmm 
I dont know... but it sure felt like something was up with that black out...really cool syncronicities happened for me because of it. anyway...Richard talked about scientist transferring bacteria or something from one petry dish to another totally isolated and seperate dish...and that the russians figured out a way to turn viruses and other stuff into frequencies and aim and broadcast them 9through satalites? or the HARP thing? not sure...He intimated that there might be a link between that and our crazy rize in cancer and disease in the last 40 ish years? ...I'm sure there are many factors but??? That sounds like maybe the info from the Tom Bearden book?
