Hi Elf, i do not know any body at this time who is making those sorts of kits available, i know once some one gets a verified Gas flow meter test of their set up and makes kits there will be a demand for them
Sorry i have not been able to locate one, maybe if you went to the water car forums and offred a price, one dood might take you up on your offer.

Are you talking about the two capacitors, the FWBR and bifilar choke as per Patrick kelly's D14?
This I could maybe supply (I'm UK based) but the torid you're talking about would be a real pain to make. 200T of 24AWG & 600T 36AWG on a 1.5" toroid. That is going to take some time to make and time equals money. I do have some Micrometal 2" diameter cores.

Yes! I have made the 2 bifilar chokes. Very unprofessional job, but they work. I have also concocted some kind of high volt circuit using an automobile coil, some jumpers, and a diode. I can't believe it works, but it seem to. It also sings
I also can't believe what is happening. + changes to - on either side of the diode (high volt), but not high enough. Stanley said he got 40,000 V. I need the whole second side of the circuit, done properly, and professionally, as per Stan's patent. I am looking for someone who can make them to those specs (as in Stanley's patent), with the 600v diode and all.
